I was greeted shortly by Tony after entering the restaurant. Seated in less than 5 mins. Sam the server/ bar attendant was helpful with taking our orders and answering any questions we may have about the menu. Food came out faster than we thought it would after placing the order. Food was 10/10 and music was even better. Great addition to the community!

Per a friend’s recommendation, we decided to dine here for dinner. Overall, it was an okay experience but I don’t think we’ll be back to this location. I must say that the customer service is phenomenal for sure! The lady at the front entrance who greets you & sets your seating was very welcoming and friendly! She gives such a warm welcome when you enter and asks how everything went when you leave. The servers were also great! Now what disappointed me most were the food and drinks. The food itself was underwhelming to say the least. I ordered the crab cake with mashed potatoes, and side salad which was $45. The crab cake could have been seasoned better and larger in size, the one scoop of mashed potatoes was surely not enough, and the lettuce from the salad was a bit bitter. I’m not sure what dressing was used for this Caesar salad, but the vinegar taste was a bit too much. Additionally, I ordered one of the lemonades for $8 expecting it to at least be freshly squeezed lemonade for that price, but it tasted like minute maid with added syrup…My husband was extremely disappointed with his food as well. His crab cake sandwich lacked flavor and toppings. Again, very underwhelming for the price. We also didn’t receive our food at the same time. He received his food minutes later. I’ll maybe try out the original location. This place has potential and does have a nice atmosphere with some good music though.

I ordered online and usually ordering online from a new place can be a hit or miss. Well this time it was a HUGE HIT!!! This food arrived ready to eat! It was so delicious and full of flavor. The crab and shrimp dip is SO good!! I am looking forward to going for happy hour, in-person one day after having this amazing online order experience.

Ashley was the star of the show at Crab Cab. My friend and I decided to do brunch … and from the time we sat down, Ashley was inviting , assured me on my meal choice, as well as made sure we were happy with our food very shortly after. The food, great playlist, and ambiance was enough to make me come back. But it’s always nice when the customer service matches the quality of the restaurant. When he first introduced himself as my server, I’ll admit I was a little unsure because he seemed so quiet , but he absolutely proved me wrong. Marvin nailed it from start to finish! My drink was perfect, he recommended an incredible dish, and he was consistently attentive throughout the meal. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and Marvin truly brought it all together. Thank you!

I visited the Cap Heights location 9/7/25. The decor- very tropical, very beautiful outdoor bar seeding, very nice.. Definitely, we’re being terrorized by the flies. It would be nice for them to have any fan outside too, blow away the flies.. Service- a Lil slow and the restaurant was not crowded. 20% gratuity was added to our party of 2. Approximately $18. It was not worth it. Part of OUR order was returned due to saltiness. the salmon tacos were salty. It took forever to get the replacement meal sent out. I ordered dressing for my salad that took forever to come out. THE FOOD: THANKFULLY, THE CRAB CAKE WAS NOT SALTY, BUT THE CRAB FRIES WERE VERY SALTY. THE FRIED SHRIMP WAS VERY SALTY.SADLY FOOD IS UNNECESSARILY SALTY. SOMEONE IN MY PARTY ORDERED Salmon tacos. SHE SAID THAT WAS SALTY.. It’s unfortunate when you pay over a hundred dollars and the food is salty and it comes out to you.Slow.. Honestly, this is why I really don’t like eating out.Unless it’s a very up scale restaurant.. I’m truly moving more towards culinary experiences instead of just eating out..

I paid over a $100 for a bill that was salty. The fries it was greasy.. The seafood egg robe tastes funny.. It tastes like the cabbage or the inside was I called dad and it had a very sour taste.. unless they make their egg rolls with pickled cabbage..

I had Stephanie as a server. She was a joy to have so attentive and fast. I didn’t know what to expect of the food or atmosphere, but the aesthetic was super cute and honestly the fried catfish was fire and the broccolini as well!
