Never again. Ordered shrimp chimichunga. The shrimp were those tiny things you can buy in a can for salads. Cut into the 1st one and it took me a minute to figure out that the little burnt things actually were shrimp. The 2nd one I cut into wasn’t burnt but it was cooked to the point of chewy/crunchy. Took a picture of their mild salsa because it was really greasy and more like an Italian cooked tomato sauce with chunks of cooked tomatoes in it. So disappointed.

They had unlimited chips! Delicious Salsa, tons of seats, servers were all nice and the food was delicious. The prices were also decent, i would definitely recommend and try to come back before i leave.

Ordered enchiladas. Thei were under cooked and seemed like the tortilla was dredged in oil for 1.2 seconds and rolled up with flavorless ground beef. They poured canned sauce over it and brought it to the table. No time in the oven, no melting of the cheese, no real heating much less cooking of the tortilla. Maybe in Texas (think RGV, San Antonio or Houston) enchiladas are different but this was kinda sad for Mexican or even Tex-Mex

Best Mexican food I’ve tasted in Statesville! I ate the California burrito and it was full of flavor. Cheese and bean dip were also perfect. Salsa is great with a little kick for a white guy!

This is usually one of the best Mexican restaurants around. The past couple of years the service has slacked. The online ordering is not very explanatory, simple special instructions are not honored, and items are forgotten, I guess.
