Awesome Food. Great atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Table side Guacamole was so good. Vegetarian Enchiladas were so good.
And the Peach Marquita was off the hook.
And Hubby got them to sing Happy Birthday to me too. <3

Xavier is the new owner, and he has kept Coyotes true to it’s fresh and well flavored menu. We love this place and have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.
Only difference we see so far is he has added a few large TVs to the bar area.
We did the 2 protein fajitas and they were absolutely delicious, Fresh tortillas!

This place was looked authentic Mexican. However, the food was just ok. Ordered steak tacos combo plate. Rice was overcooked and refried beans were tasteless. Steak on taco was a bit overcooked. Margaritas was spot on. Food was pricey for the faire. Keep looking for best Mexican restaurant in Town.

The absolute best Mexican food I’ve ever had in my 35 years of life!!! It’s my last night in town – visiting from Indiana. The jalapeño poppers & taco salad were delicious – steak was tender & shell was fresh and crispy! This is a local gem for sure & well worth the drive off the Las Vegas strip.

I always come back here even though there are lots of Mexican places closer to where I live. This is my go-to spot for Mexican comfort food. The salsa is delicious, and I like the seasoning they put on the tortilla chips. Come for happy hour because the margarita is a GREAT deal! I’m a big fan of the combo plates, and I’ve never ordered the fajitas but probably will next time. They look great. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but this place is a gem – reasonably priced, fast service, friendly staff, and good food.

Pretty typical Tex Mex menu with tacos, burritos, and combination platters.
Easy access with lots to do in surrounding areas.
Food, drinks and service were not amazing. Recipes have lost some luster over the course of time. But ultimately had a pleasant experience.
However, I did feel prices were a little higher than quality really deemed. Would have like Reposado option for Cadillac Margarita.
As we live so close, will be back. Wont wait another 10 years.

Prickly Pear Margarita!!! Yum That was the “special” on drinks. I had mine frothy. My Enchilada Real was tasty as well. Went after service with my Best of Friends Always good times & laughter with them to top off a good meal. My 2nd time here/ there..

2 basic carne asada tacos for that price? Unless it’s Wagyu, no reason for that. Go to Roberto’s if you want tacos. The taste isn’t worth the price.
