Coyote Coffee Cafe
Sit, sip, and be cozy is a motto we want our customers to live by while at any of our 3 great locations in Easley, Powdersville, and Pickens. … Greenville, SC …

Coyote Coffee – Powdersville was my go-to coffee place, but the quality of customer service has declined drastically since my last few visits. I went this evening through the drive-thru and ordered a 32-oz frozen coffee that was not filled all the way. From the photo of the lid, you can tell that it was filled too much, and when they went to pour it out, they poured out too much and just gave it to me. I’m pretty sure this does not meet Coyote Coffee standards. This is a prime example of the decline of quality customer service. I would not have given my customer this, knowing what they paid for, and it doesn’t fill up the cup all the way.

Ordered a frozen lavender lemonade – she handed it to me and it was iced I nicely said it was supposed to be frozen – she acted aggravated. Other girl confirmed it was supposed to be frozen. She apparently just took that one back and blended the ice adding no extra or anything it’s like water with a little bit of flavor. Gross. Absolutely not the normal frozen lavender lemonade.

I just moved into town and was looking for a new local coffee place! I first visited the Coyote Coffee located in Easley and fell in love with the Cactus Rose flavor Breve Style!(; Then I went to the one in Powdersville and that’s when Snoopy got this sweet treat!! They normally give just a tad bit smaller pup cups, but, this was a wonderful surprise for us as new residents in town! Thank you for the warm welcome and delicious coffee!!

Excellent overall experience! Friendly and quick service. I needed a place to do some computer work and a virtual interview that lasted several hours- right up until closing time, but the staff were very understanding. Lots of comfortable seating options (and wall outlets so I didn’t run out of power). I appreciated the dividers separating some of the tables; it kept the space feeling open while giving me some space from the people next to me. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area

Originally, I gave 5 stars a few days ago with this posted below: Large selection for any diet or taste and prices are fair and economical. Relaxing atmosphere. I’m glad to have stopped here and now my new place to come to, while I am in town.
A few days later: We stopped in on Mother’s Day, and we decided to eat here around 12:45 pm. The lady in the picture was extremely rude. She stated that no food to be served, as a precious younger lady taking my order quickly, stated she was only giving me a bagel and not the sunrise sandwich. People after us had food, but someone at the drive thru, the same lady stated no food.
Also, there is no consistency with veggie cream cheese (my moms cream cheese had some large chunks of celery and tomatoes, and mine were small sizes the other day and today).
If you are going to advertise breakfast and lunch until 5 pm, then it would be good to explain why you are not serving food instead of being rude in a customer’s face. I will not be back!
I believe I saw the owner the other day when a lady with a service dog entered the restaurant. She seemed nice and might want to have employees represent this restaurant better than what is being represented.
Footnote: My mother called another Coyote restaurant that stated Powderville and Easley do serve food all day until 5 pm today.

First and foremost: my wife’s iced mocha was genuinely bad. It tasted like wet wood.
Also, when the couple in front of us asked about what their matcha offerings were, the woman at the register just pointed at the menu and said they were there.
In the plus side, the restaurant was clean and in good order.

My Husband is a coach for a rock climbing team and we come from Greensboro, North Carolina to Easley or Greenville about 2 to 3 times a year for competitions. Whenever there is a Coyote Coffee in the area, that’s where we stop to get our coffee. The coffee is always good. This particular time we went to an Easley location and they were so kind. They even filled up my water bottle. We will continue to come get our coffee here while in town!

Coyote Coffee is the perfect stop whether you’re working remotely on your own, sneaking in a little sweet treat while running errands, or picking up drinks for friends or clients. Their fall flavors are my personal favorites (the Haystack and Pumpkin Cheesecake are incredible). When I’m not in a seasonal mood, the Iced Oatmilk Lavender Matcha is my go-to, and their roast of the day is always a safe bet. I used to enjoy it black before giving up caffeine two years ago.

Was pretty excited to stop in here and check this place out, loved the decor inside, so cute and inviting, definitely wanted to make you order and sit down for awhile. Lots of great coffee and pastries to choose from, opted for a seasonal drink that was really good, my daughter and I ordered a couple pastry/desserts. One was really good, the other I didn’t care for so I had my daughter try it for her opinion and she agreed. I brought it back to the counter and it was obvious they were reluctant to replace it but they did which I was happy for. I would definitely come by again if I’m in the area.
