Was looking for another taco joint, but stopped by Coyo. Great choice! The food is fresh, the prices good (they had a happy hour on foods on Wed when I was there) and my tacos made me happy dance. Ordered the beer birria, plantain taco and guacamole side. All delicious, especially the plantain. The guacamole comes with corn chips, though I just ate it naked because it was sooooo good. Nice people

We had the Pollo Carbon Tacos, a Margarita and Elotes!
It was real busy for a Tuesday Afternoon!
The Elotes could use some love… not bad but also not anything to write home about… which Is the only reason we Docked a Star… HUGE ELOTE FANS.
Tacos… Absolutely Spectacular!
Simple simple simple. But the tortilla and chicken Go So Hard! Perfectly Seasoned… YUM!
I would go out of my way to eat here again and 100% will.

We had the chicken and Pork and I think brist or sometype of meat tacos and they were yummy. Just a cool vibe. We sat outside. The weather was nice and cool. I will definitely go back and try other menu options.

Definitely worth the hype. We ordered the Carne Asada Alambre taco with sirloin steak, and the meat was perfectly seasoned, pairing really well with the other ingredients and sauce. The esquite corn in a bowl was a great choice—much easier and less messy than corn on the cob. The Coyo margarita was super refreshing and a great complement to the food. Would happily come back again.

Coyo taco was highly recommended by my friends for tacos in Miami. At the Wynwood location, it was very busy on Friday night with people celebrating a bachelorette, pre-gaming before going out, or just grabbing a late night bite. The Wynwood location specifically has Mahi Mahi tacos. Their roasted cauliflower taco with a flour tortilla had crunch and flavor that was refreshing and actually tasted kind of healthy. The cochinita pibil with roasted pork had a soft corn tortilla and the meat was nice and soft. The real winner for me was their condiments – they had an assortment of various salsas, but the best part for my spice lovers was the spicy chili, onion, and carrot mix available to add to the tacos. It gave the perfect hit of spice without having to drench the taco in vinegar-y hot sauce (they have valentina’s hot sauce for those wondering). Would definitely go back, because they ran out of the duck confit taco and that is a unique taco I want to try!
For those who want a margarita – they have a $5 house margarita available on the rocks. It’s your average margarita but an affordable add on!
And how can I forget – there is a speakeasy in the back for anyone going out and wanting to pregame before going out in Wynwood. The ambiance was fun and busy.

We ended up here due to it being close to where we were for late lunch. Food was super delicious, vegetarian options available. Service was great, they tend to be busy so expect to wait a little while but so worth the wait. We ordered the plantains taco and cauliflower tacos and veggie burrito bowels. All was super good food! Definitely go eat there!
