Are you kidding me… Best brisket ever! If you pass by this place and don’t go try it, it is your loss! The most delicious smoked flavor and melt in your mouth brisket you will ever have! The ribs are to die for! Even the potato salad and the beans are amazing! But don’t take it from me, try it yourself!

The new owners that took over are just as nice as the previous owners, sweethearts. Would love to support local, however, the meat is another story. The brisket is less tender, less flavorful. We are highly disappointed as this is so close to our house. Sad to say, we do not recommend.

The ONLY reason I give them a 2 is the potato salad was decent. I prefer my brisket with flavor and some marbling. The brisket here had absolutely no fat or flavor. It was slightly tender but so dry. The sausage was even bland. Now to the barbq sauce, it was water with a bit of tomatoe sauce, awful!

You and your Team prepared some of the most delicious BBQ for our Pepaw’s 83rd birthday, he even said it was the best Birthday Meal he’s ever had. With over 30 mouths to feed, we knew we needed a lot of chow. Thank the heavens we found Cowtown TEXAS BBQ! I ordered 1/2 pound of brisket and got 3 slices of meat for $12 the peach cobbler was frozen etc!! So if you feel like tiny portions at a ridiculous price this is the place! Not even worth 1 star.
