We were visiting Springville, CA during the long weekend. One of the locals recommended this restaurant run by locals. We were not disappointed, as the food quality was awesome. I had Onion rings and Veggie burger which was great. My son had steak and I was told that it was great too. Everything is prepared fresh hence, it is good on your stomach. We will visit again.

Today I tried their version of a western burger. They definitely make their own patty. It was very flavorful. I would recommend asking for more BBQ sauce on the side. I’m a bread guy and the and bun was toasted beautifully. It was special for sure. I will always try and find something a place could improve in and I would say the onion ring in burger didn’t have that “cut through ” when taking a bite. The sauce was tasty. The burger would be a must try for anyone who likes western style burger. I got 2 sides that was done right and delicious. First was Fried Okra. It was a generous amount and it’s home made. I also got the onion rings which are also made “in house ” . This time they had good bite to them. For dipping I always have to get the ranch. It is very good and one of my top 10 favorites. The staff is always amazing. Prices are fantastic. I Been here a lot and never felt bad

It’s a small town restaurant , the staff is down to earth and they genuinely seemed happy. Sundays they close early but breakfast is all day. By far the best buttery biscuits I’ve had. Head on around the corner and theirs a little shop at The Station , cutest little souvenirs and gifts.
