Went for the first time last night. My husband had the burger and it was amazing! I had the prime rib dip and it was good, but the roll was very dry and crumbly. Loved the fries. Overall it was a good experience…but we didn’t order anything fancy and had two bloody Mary’s and an ice tea to drink and it was almost $100…so a little pricey. The staff was super friendly and attentive and the vibe is great tho!

When traveling through Yakima my wife and I try to have dinner at the Cowiche Canyon restaurant.
This last Friday evening my wife ordered the Prime Rib Dip sandwich and I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. As always, we enjoyed our meal a lot. What makes this experience special is that my wife expected that the horseradish sauce would be on the side and not placed directly on the sandwich when she received it. Because my wife is allergic to horseradish she explained that to the server. Without any argument, they took back the sandwich and replaced it with another without the horseradish in about 5 minutes at no additional cost to us. I consider that very impressive service!

This was a fun place and we got a full sampling of appetizers and food. Dinner was incredible and every appetizer was amazing. Service was top notch! Did not expect such incredible service in such a small town

Honestly, this was the best place Ive been to in Yakima yet, I am here twice a year and this was amazing. I have some pretty severe allergies but they were super accommodating and kind and the food was amazing. My only complaint was there wasn’t enough cheese but everything else was perfect! The drinks are also amazing.

We’ve been here a few times, but it has been a while. We were surprised to see kids menus and amazing kid “boxes” for them to choose from. We will be coming back more often now!
They have ample seating but some areas are not open for seating (especially outdoor spaces and the back area)

I’m a big fan of this place. This year alone, I’ve eaten there over twenty times. First of all, the service is spot on. Great staff all around and a phenomenal atmosphere.

The new menu is not so good. The first picture is the from the old menu of a simple, but delicious baked potato. The second picture is a baked potato off of the new menu. Old baked potato was I believe $8 . New half sized baked potato with a topping is $7. Half the size for almost twice the price.

The side salad is very good along with the prime rib dip. The burger, well the menu doesn’t even list what the patty is made from. And it was not near as good as the old ones.
About the pasta dish. The cast iron pan is a prop. Not only is it not baked in the pan, the pan itself isn’t even hot. And for $18 it needs to be presented better because it is quite tasty.
Overall the place is still a great venue to have in Yakima, but it could be so much better.

A consistently enjoyable spot with efficient, friendly service. The food is often delicious, though preparation can vary occasionally. Portions feel a bit modest for the pricing, but the quality is good overall. The space can be quite loud, which may make conversation difficult at times. The adult beverages are outstanding and keep me coming back

Was in town for the night and needed a place to eat. Was very good and worth the visit. Would definitely go back again if ever out this way again.

I treat myself once a month to a real steak dinner. As a retiree, that does not come very often and hits the pocketbook hard. Dinner with a pre-drink and wine came to 120 bucks, including tip. On the good side, staff was perfect. Steak was cooked perfect. Prices are nuts but not a fault of the restaurant. It’s a fault of the economy in general. For millionaires and billionaires, 120 bucks is not much. For me it’s a pretty big chunk of change.
