My family has had multiple dinner parties with some up to 25 people and they have always treated us well. The steaks are always wonderful! (Of course, we order steaks from rare to medium, we never order them to where all the juice is cooked out of them, you are just asking for a crappy steak!) The service is great, they always try to accommodate our needs. I am sad that the desert bar was removed, the kids really enjoyed that! If you are looking for a good meal and not raked over on price, this is the place for you! See you tonight, we have another birthday dinner party 🙂

The food is awesome that’s what the star is for. But as for the waitresses they are very rude and I can say for sure one waitress seems to prefer the white race then any other person. I went in today and waited to be seated for 10mins and I just watched the girl stayed talking to some people eating at a table not concerned about who was coming in. Being very close to the window I’m sure she saw people coming in. But who knows. I’m happy eating here at Chili’s now, that only took 10secs to be seated.

Sunday evening. Waitress was visibly upset from a customer yelling at her and then she told us the whole story as of we were her friends. We ordered and over priced steak and ate at an average salad bar. She came over to the table again to show is the bill of the other table and complained again. The overall service was average to below average. Decor needs work. The building has great potential, the wait staff needs training. Food was mediocore. We are just passing through town from IL.

Awesome burgers!!! Food came hot and very good. These cooks know what they are doing. Been here more than once. Some of the wait staff (head of wait staff) could be a little happier. But drinks were never left empty.

Terrific food, got burger smothered in blue cheese and giant side of delicious broccoli. Friendly service. Chicken strip deli ious, stuffed baked potatoes were huge and yum too. Very happy with the experience.

Friendly staff, great service, great slaps bar, and wonderful catfish. Portion size was perfect for the price. The side and the trip to salad bar are a wonderful value. Looking forward to coming back and trying other entrees.

I have NEVER had a good experience at this restaurant. I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses but this place just can not get their act together.
Service: The wait staff is highly under trained. Great personality but their is absolutely zero cohesion between the team. The kitchen staff yells across the restaurant when orders are ready and always seem frustrated. I unstanderstand kitchens are hot places and tensions can be high especially when busy. However, the restaurant was not even half full and of the tables that were there, half had food. Wait staff are too busy apologizing for the slow kitchen rather than focusing on their guests. 1.5 stars.
Food: Food is OK. No alcohol choices making this a tough choice when looking for a good a steakhouse experience. Wine, beer, and spirits pair well with steakhouse continental food but there is none of that too be found here. Over all the food is flavorfull but the last two times we went to the restaurant we never tasted it because the slow service and visible frustration among the staff and cooks made the atmosphere very thick and not pleasant. Ok food becomes subpar when the service is terrible. 0 stars.
Atmosphere: The restaurant is basically one large room and echoes quite a bit. Our table was constantly shifting because the legs were not level. I brought this to the staff’s attention and nothing was done. Again both times we went the restaurant was less than half full and it sounded like there was an army inside. The dining floor has about 30 tables with only MAYBE 15 with guests. There were only three staff taking care of those tables. A 5:1 ratio puts a lot of stress on staff which leads to a poor experience if all staff isn’t on point the entire time. I could chalk this up to an isolated incident but after several months of not going after one bad experience, we had yet another bad experience which leads me to believe that this simply can’t be isolated in how this place is run. 0 stars.
It pains me to say but I have had much better experiences and paid less at a chain restaurant than at this local establishment. The restaurant should hire a successful and experienced GM to overhaul how this place is run because while there is potential, there are many barriers as well. In such a small community and St. Clair Winery opening their doors soon I suspect any changes that need to be made must be made IMMEDIATELY!

The people are very nice. The steaks are cooked to perfection, the salad bar is amazing, and the chicken tenders and gravy will make your mouth water. 10/10.

We’re giving one star for the waitress because the service is good but the food has gone downhill since we first started coming and we will no longer returned it’s greasy they changed their menu by taking things away from the salad bar and everything tastes off because it’s cheap. Also overpriced fir quality received it will be our last time coming here unfortunately we do not recommend this to anyone who cares to eat quality food.
