Came in with my family and was immediately met with an awful smell, which later realized was coming from the bathroom and it was reaching all the way to the front door. Appetizers were good especially the fried tomatoes which I sadly didn’t get a pic of. Food was definitely overpriced for what it was, my plate was close to $20 and the amount of steak and shrimp did not reflect that. Some items seemed quite unseasoned as well. For dessert the hot fudge cake was good but the blackberry cobbler was just undercooked and I even question If the pastry part on top was even cooked at all. Service was good and waiter even took a dessert off of the receipt cause it was one of our birthdays. Overall the interior looked nice but that smell was awful and they need to really focus on the food.

$+ Our food was very good. Wait time was around 15 minutes after ordering. Cooked per our request, served hot by a very attentive server. The place is clean and has the atmosphere of a country mountain lodge. The salad bar was great, fresh and well stocked. Overall, a very good experience. If you’re looking for a good steak in Rogersville it can be found here. Highly recommended.

I got tied up at a client and stopped for a very late lunch. I was the only customer for a while. Server was friendly and attentive without hovering. Wings were great, had some variation of a mild spicy garlic honey sauce. The loaded fries were good, but just a little over salted, which will probably appeal to many.

Service was a little slow but the food was great. I do believe they had the best Steak I’ve ever tasted. They need another waiter/waitress on the weekends to help keep up with the crowds. I seen several people leave do to them not be able to keep up with demand.

Atmosphere is what it is. Honestly, just another run of the mill steak house. Nothing unique, nothing stands out, no gimmick.
Needs a paint job inside to brighten it up and liven it up, then comeuppance with a gimmick to make it stand out.

Tonight my husband wanted to order food from here to go. So we ordered 3 rodeo burgers 2 with fries and 1 with cole slaw. They had a special mushroom Swiss burger so I ordered that with fries. Well when I get there of course you wait a little while for someone to notice you and when they do then they go and get your order. Well the lady comes back out and states they are out of mushrooms cause they gave the last order to someone else that ordered after me. Stated oh we will give you 2 dollars off. Advised thats not the point I should of gotten it first. Well then checking the order they goofed it up again and did 2 burgers with fries and 2 with Cole slaw. The cole slaw was so water down. I advised it was wrong she stated they were out of fries so I left. Got home advised my husband about what happened he called and asked to speak to a manager and she would not listen she kept talking over him and my husband stated I’m the customer can I speak and quit talking over me and she hung up on him. He called back and still the manager did not want to listen. This place has goofed up our order every time and we try to give them another chance but it is not worth the money and the portions are small. Will never go here again it is not worth it.

Love the decor. Food was exceptional. Grilled salmon was delicious. As was the parmesan crusted steak. We like it better than the Chop House! Prices are reasonable. Clean restrooms. No alcohol. Only beer & hard cider

A true double fist sandwich! Hearty thick cut bacon on top of a large burger with a bun that held up ’til the last bite. Fries were great!
However, if you are going to ask ‘how would you like that cooked’ yet cook it well done regardless……
