I ordered a pizza to go. A large Margarita pizza(gash creek). I was told 20 minutes until it would be ready. They had it ready within the 19-minute drive to the bar. The pizza itself was pretty decent. Adequate toppings and sauce. A little flop and not really any char to the bottom. The flavor was overall good, and nothing was overpowering. A large was $25, which is definitely on the steep side of a smallish large pizza. Overall, it’s not a bad pizza. Ill try a few others in the future to compare.

Laid back atmosphere, and good variety of food.We tried a few different things and shared. I thought the wood fired pizza and crust was perfect.I had the mango, habenero ( it wasn’t spicy just good flavor)pizza with a white sauce. It was a really nice change up from the traditional style pizzas. Don’t worry though, they have some good pepperoni and cheese waiting for you. We really liked the flavors of the sauce for the chicken tenders. They have several to choose from but we pnly tried the thai chili and buffalo. The hoemade chips were perfectly crunchy with a tad of the chewy soft side too. Soooo yummy. Service was great too. Super friendly even though she seemed to be helping all the tables in the place, at the time.

My wife and inwent here tonight. A great meal, great value and great service. I had the Stickt Thai chicken sadal with Mandarin oranges and more. A great pizza doe bread under it all. I had the super extra hot dipping sauce as well. It was really good. Myvwide had the huge and delicious Mushroom Swiss burger and the fantastic onion pedals. I had a Dramibue and my wife had a Chardonnay ( white wine). The meal was 100 stars. Eric our server was great. The atmosphere and people are great. 1000000Stars. I will include pictures!
We love Cowboy Troy’s. The food is great. My wife had the Mushroom Swiss burger ( major delicious ) and I had the Stick Thai chicken salad, also delicious. We have been going here for years. The patio is now open and dogbfriendly, next time we are bringing out enourous dogs! The service I’d great. They always somehow in this crazy world get the best servers! The atmosphere is just great. They make you feel like family. I wish I could give Cowboy Troy’s 100 stars. They also have a great bar.

My music partner, Lawrence, and I had the privilege of playing this venue recently. It is absolutely one of the funnest bars to play music in. Their customers were happy and having a marvelous time. Most stayed the entire evening which speaks highly of the place as people don’t stay where the service or food (or music) is not GREAT. It is located in the middle of the Bitterroot Valley which makes it easily accessible to all. GREAT food and Drinks and the owners and staff treated us like friends. Can’t wait to play there again and in the meantime, we will be taking advantage of dropping in for Pizza! Cowboy Troys does it right!

Pizza wasn’t very good, too salty, used pork sausage on the pizza instead of Italian sausage. Chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. For any length of time. My friend ordered tacos were just ok, but they drizzled oil on the chips not very fresh either and charged extra for the sour cream and didn’t tell her. This prices were high for the portion size and the food wasn’t quality food.

I had an order for pick up and specifically said BONELESS bbq wing and I when I go my order already home and come to see they are BONE IN wing not what I asked for. Service was good but need more work apparently on listening and especially when I’m paying $29 for 7 wings. And the website said $26?? Like what??

Great little place in Victor. The inside is cool with the pizza oven being close to our table We went as a party of three and had a mix of food. I had a pizza, which was good, my mother also had a pizza and said it was fine. My father had a sandwich and said it was good as well. I feel it was overall a three due to the food being adequate but not better than average. The waitress was awesome and the environment was great. Overall, I would recommend this place to people looking to try something new in the bitteroot.
