We have tried a lot of pizza but this is hands down the best the Scottsdale/Cavecreek/Phoenix area! Gluten free specifically is the best around this area so far. Not great as leftovers but perfection when fresh. My favorite is the Truffle mushroom with white sauce pizza. I usually prefer more traditional but that is crave worthy. The atmosphere isn’t great, get it to go!

I can see why the locals love this place, there was some great pizzas here. Especially the Mediterranean and steak specialty. I wish i had a better experience having had a large order and unfortunately 2 pizzas were not made when everything else was ready. The cheese pizza was burned in my opinion. Overall great specialty pizza and well give it another try.

We just tried Cowboy Pizza Co. for the first time today. I noted that I wanted to try something new instead of paying an arm and a leg for diminished toppings at our other joint. WOW!! So happy we did! We ordered pepperoni for our younger children, and they loved it. For our older children with more diverse palates, they requested (1/2) steak & blue- (LOVED by eldest daughter) and (1/2) the black truffle & shroom(my son’s and my fave), (1/2) calabrian(hub’s 2nd fave) and (1/2) supreme(hub’s fave), and we ordered chicken wings, dry with sauces on the side. The wings were perfectly cooked and quite meaty. We went big, so we definitely have enough leftovers for a few meals. The family ruled that Cowboy Pizza Co. will be our new go-to location. 🙂 Thank you for satisfying our pizza craving!

The blue cheese pizza was so delicious, we couldn’t even help but eat half before I could get a picture LOL (and I normally don’t even like blue cheese, but it was THAT good!).
I think that we came right after they opened, and were pretty busy, so I’m excited to go again and see how it compares.
Long story short; go eat the pizza!

This was the worst pizza that I’ve ever had. A huge waste of money. I should have driven 3 more miles and went to Oregano’s for real pizza. This pizza had large air bubbles around the outside of it making the crust 2-3 inches of dough with nothing on it but a little sauce. The crust has no flavor and the toppings were terrible. Whoever made this pizza doesn’t know how to put enough toppings on it. For $30 I expected better pizza. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money. Here is a picture of the “pizza”. The store manager should be ashamed of themselves for serving this to customers. I’m not wasting my time going back as suggested by the owners comment to my review.

The pizza was absolutely delicious worth the drive north of Scottsdale! The crust, sauce, and toppings were all on point. Garlic sauce Pizza was delicious! The crust is kinda thin for my liking but tastes phenomenal! Definitely coming back. Oh! Had a half ceaser salad before pizza which was great also.
