We heard this place was good (and we had passed by a million times) so 7 of us stopped in for lunch after motorcycling in Southern Utah. The place is dark and dated but who cares if the food is great! We had an impatient server who chucked the menus onto the table, ran from our table before we could ask for anything. All of our meals were just okay. I had a Club with brown turkey and no flavor?? It was about a 3/10. $16.95 was obscene for what was served. Others said their burgers were just okay but we lamented passing our favorite burger joint in Green River. This place could do so much better. It seems like their hook is to serve a giant snail of oil-soaked potatoes instead of fries to make you feel like it was something special. About 8 cents worth of potato is their grand prize. Right as we paid our bill and walked outside I got pasted with remarks about me never choosing a lunch location again. My friends have been teasing me all weekend about my choice but all were disappointed for sure. Shouldn’t be that hard-

I am so glad my daughter choose to eat here instead of the Cafe by the motel 9. The food was amazing and I appreciate the jam for my English muffin. It was voodoo good

I love this place. The atmosphere is so interesting. Our server was Rita and she was awesome. Had a lot of interesting information about the history of the restaurant. She was also very attentive! The portion sizes are great! And the food is amazing. The fresh bread they bring out was steaming and it was so moist! Sidenote: if they ask if you want a brick of curly fries, they really mean a brick! My only gripe is that my burger was pretty much well done (I’m a medium fan) but everything else over shadows that little mess up. Truly love this place and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family!

Food was really good! We got the burgers and fries! Very delicious and fresh. The taco soup was SO good, wish I had their recipe! It did take a while to get our food when there were just 2 other tables filled in the place but I think it’s because everything is SO freshly made. Our server was very friendly and helpful! Will be back for more of those delicious fries.

Was passing through here, on my way to SLC. Decided to eat here instead of the fast food restaurants. I’m glad that I did. For one, this place has an old western theme to it. Make you feel like you’re in one of those old western movies. They don’t have a large variety, but they are perfected the meals they have available. They are a little on the slow side, but it’s worth the wait. Next time I’m driving this way, I’ll definitely stop here again

We had heard great things about this place over the years and had never stopped by. While returning home from a trip we decided to venture in, what an experience! The prices seemed a little high, until we saw the portion sizes, which were enormous. I ordered a simple burger and fries but received soup and shared my wife’s loaf of bread. The simple chicken noodle soup was hot, tender chicken and noodles, and flavorful. The bread was hot, soft, and comforting. The burger was large, but the fries were what shocked my sox off! It came out as a large curly bundle, like the potato had gone and gotten a perm. They were hand-cut and perfectly fried. Delicious in their own right, but perfectly paired with the bacon burger that was cooked to perfection. I unfortunately could not finish it all. But we had a superb meal and enjoyed ourselves and were well taken care of by the staff at this unique rustic cowboy lodge.

hello
Zoo wee mama. The service here was incredibly intimate and so passionate. I don’t kiss and tell but Rita in particular was delightful. Very good, very nice. The food was pretty good but dessert was out of this world. The back of the restaurant is nice and hygienic and there is plenty of room for aerobics. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and if they are ready for round 2 I would like to come back and maybe try a new flavour. The waiters are very good with their hands. I don’t think I could manage to carry that many drinks. The chefs pour hard work, discipline, obedience, submission, and patience into the meals they prepare and it shows through the sublime nature of their restaurant. I highly recommend but I would like to keep Rita to myself

OMG Becky that was like the most tender juicy steak dinner I’ve had in a long time. I got the Cowboy ??? For the 8oz and it was bacon wrapped and a fully loaded potato. As a city gal going to Price Utah I was not expecting that. It didn’t have seasoning but the juiciness made up for it ten fold. Even ran into a lady in the bathroom mistaking me for a local asking me what is the best thing to eat here and I told her it was this Cowboy something other. She ordered that too and gave me a thumbs up from across the room. That salad I got was tasty cause the blue cheese dressing was thick and delicious. Came with a little sliver of egg. I’m still trying to figure out what the cantaloupe slice was for. I’m going with garnish or maybe like a palate cleanser? The bread at the table was fresh delicious and hot. And the home made curly fries was FUN. The atmosphere was very on par with all the other Price restaurants I’ve been to this week. I just took it as a blessing of colonel sanders blessing our meal. Which he did a great job of doing. I will be coming here for dinner if we ever pass through again.

The food and quality here are a rare gem. It’s a small town restaurant, and they grow their own beef and lamb, as well as potatoes and more, instead of using a food service provider. The Greek lamb was among some of the best I’ve ever had. I had them cook it rare and it was amazing. We also enjoyed their cheeseburgers, homemade fries, and homemade bread. The prices seemed high until we realized how much food we were getting! The entrees came with soup, salad, and bread. It was more than enough value on so much delicious, home-cooked food. We were staying at Nine Mile RV resort down the street, so we came back for breakfast the next morning, right when they opened at 7am. Our party loved the omelettes and sourdough bread the most. Seriously delicious food, don’t hesitate to give it a try.

We stopped in at Cowboy Kitchen expecting a classic comfort-food experience, but unfortunately it missed the mark for us. Service took over an hour just to get our food, which was frustrating.
The gravy on both the biscuits and the chicken fried steak tasted off — almost like powdered sugar was used instead of flour. The chicken fried steak itself tasted more like a deep-fried hamburger than a traditional chicken fried steak. The French toast was extremely plain and lacked flavor.
The atmosphere felt dated, more like an old 1970s gentlemen’s club than a cozy Western diner.
Overall, it wasn’t what we hoped for, and we likely wouldn’t return.
