Stopped here on a whim when we were walking along the alley looking at the painted murals.

We arrived around 10:00a.m on a Thursday. The place was not busy, but had a couple patrons inside.

We were greeted right away by a friendly young woman. We didn’t know what we wanted so she was patient and allowed us to take our time ordering.

We got The Salute and a Buffalo Chicken. The food was brought out to our table in a timely manner, freshly made and beautiful.

The Salute was delicious, tons of blueberries and strawberries on top and throughout. Loved that vanilla mousse topping too. Ate every bit of that crepe.

My daughter had the Buffalo Chicken. It was oozing with cheese, great buffalo flavor, and the ranch was really good also.

Between the two I maybe liked the Buffalo Chicken a tad better, but if you’re going for breakfast the Salute was delicious, if you’re going for lunch Buffalo Chicken hits the spot.

My only gripe is that the prices were a smidge high for my liking, but maybe I’m just cheap.

Customer service-A+. Food taste and presentation- A. Speed of service- B. Atmosphere- B. Price- A.

Cowboy crepes does a great job making delicious, filling crepes and sandwiches! Being a new restaurant, it’s a little slow on making the food but it comes out very fresh! The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is pretty good but one of the rooms has no windows and there is no sign on the restaurant yet. The front door is a slammer. The tables are just a tad small. It’s right next to the Buckhorn bar so access is easy. Would recommend and eat here again!

I’ve seen some seriously negative reviews on here and that really saddens me. This isn’t a usual crepe shop the food is awesome. The service is quick enough as long as you skip drunk shift and they are more than willing to accommodate. Also infused redbull is A++ in my book. They are on the pricey side but with how much they cram in to that near paper thing crepe is worth it. Check it out and enjoy for yourself.

Lovely place! Slightly pricey crepes, but worth it! We got the chicken carbonara crepe, and ate it too fast to snag a picture. Super friendly staff. Fun atmosphere. Very clean.

The food was absolutely delicious and there crepes quite large. I would recommend ordering drinks with no ice or specifying you only want a little bit because it was half my drink. Everything was incredibly delicious though.

Not a single mask in sight among the employees, so avoid if at risk of covid. The pasta was mediocre, it was lukewarm by the time it got to me. Their crepes are okay but not quite worth the prices they charge, and the sandwiches are quite good but they come with plain chips, no choice.

From Denver … I’m a foodie and enjoy quality. This place rocks it, period. Read a few reviews mentioning price points. FYI: Quality food requires a higher price point. A simple fact! You want cheap food that’s not healthy go to McDonalds. Anyone who is an entrepreneur or foodie will appreciate this place. It’s a new stop for me on the regular when I’m in town 2-3 times monthly.

Staff seems friendly. Service was slow. The cashier said it would be a 20 minute wait it was almost an hour. They were very quiet when calling out orders. The food was okay, pretty hard to mess up a crepe. Not really worth $12. Its a novelty restaurant. Mostly, likely won’t come back.

Ill start off by saying that I am a delivery driver and have not had the pleasure in trying the food or drinks here. The food looks and smells great, I will give it that. I have no doubt that the prices reflect the quality. But I have to comment on the management. The biggest problem i see is the huge inefficiency. There is only ever 1 person making food, and crepes are a part of my culture growing up, and i know they take a while to make. It takes yall 10 minutes to whip out one order. Doordash gives us an expected pickup time, and yall have never made the order, and im talking 1 crepe, by the expected time. I sit and sit and sit waiting with no update except for “it’ll be right out”. Hugely dissatisfied with the running of the place, i honeslty wouldnt dine here myself because of that.

Really was excited for this place and was disappointed. The girl who took our order was rude and our food came out with multiple errors. Chocolate sauce tastes store bought. These crepes are also extremely overpriced. Will not be going back.
