Cowboy Coffee Post was born out of a love for gathering together. We are located in Paola and Louisburg, Kansas. We offer hot and iced coffees, lemonades, teas, and organic fruit smoothies. The atmosphere at this local coffee shop was warm and welcoming. I was greeted with a kind smile and a calm voice, which immediately set a positive tone. I ordered the French Toast Latte from their seasonal menu, and it tasted exactly as it should, like French toast in a cup. I also tried the Apple Pie Pop Tart, which was perfectly flaky with a delicious apple filling. This spot is a must-visit if you are looking for good coffee, a tasty pastry, or simply a relaxing place to unwind.

Good coffee, good food, good people.
My wife and I popped in for the first time this morning. The staff was very friendly, answered our questions about some of their options, and were very quick once we ordered. The cold brew and latte were both great, and the food (breakfast sandwich and avocado toast) were no frills but done well. We will definitely be back to support this solid local business!

Came here since i had 2 hours before my shift and did not want to drive back home which is 30 minutes out and tried some coffee. My spouse and I like to support local businesses, & we are sure glad we stopped in this morning! We were greeted and welcomed, the environment was comfortable and family friendly. I got the frappe with hazelnut syrup- it was smooth & delicious. He got the peaches & cream smoothie, says it’s absolutely amazing. He also got the chorizo burrito & it was to die for, he highly recommends it. Stop in, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Cowboy Coffee Post!!

The lavender, honey, vanilla latte was absolutely delicious and I’ll definitely be getting the chorizo burrito again! The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was great to hang out in. Will definitely be back, probably twice in one day ☺️
