Love eating lunch here. The staff is always on top of providing the best service. The hamburgers are so good! Love the old fries that were crunchy and good. Not a fan of the new fries that are soft. The holy cow is delicious. The house salad dressing is amazing…so much so my dad will drive from Greensboro just to get a pint of it to take home.

Nothing fancy here and a bit noisy during the peak of lunch but the food, service and staff are wonderful! We had a small (7) family gathering here (all women). Half the group had never eaten there so we had questions about what they served, how it was cooked, etc. Several of us have food allergies and 1 of us was very particular about the type of lettuce they used.! Our waitress was wonderful, had a great sense of humor and didn’t get annoyed with us! The owner visited our table to check on us as well. This is a laid back, comfortable atmosphere and evidenced by the local crowd, this cafe is very popular and serves great food! Well worth the visit. Wonderful Southern vibe!

Love this place, the food is out of this world and the prices are very reasonable, what I really love about this place is the home town feeling it gives off, the wait staff are awesome and very kind and fast they never let your tea go empty. It’s just darn good home cooking at it’s best. I plan on going back real soon.

The server was nice. Food was cold I had meatloaf rotten spots on my potatoes an onion. The peas were the only thing that was hot. Not impressed. Thanks but no thanks.

The other reviews aren’t wrong! We have a couple of similar, very good home-cookin’, meat & 2 sides restaurants in my town, but the quality of the food, speed and cheerfulness of the servers at the Cowboy Cafe far outstrips any of ours.

I’ve heard great things about the place and they definitely delivered. Amazing pork chops, as well bas ribeye sandwich coupled with very personable team members. Oh yeah, I bought a half a gallon of lemonade, well…it was just that good… you’ll enjoy
