My husband and I had such a great experience tonight at Brazilian Cowboy! We came here for my birthday and were not disappointed. The food was spectacular, every dish crafted to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the pastas. All the meats fantastic, packed with flavor. I was also given a special birthday treat. We were so impressed with Justin. He provided such a great experience for us! He was very friendly, professional, and informative. Thank you for the great service!

My husband and I visited Cowboys Brazilian Steakhouse today and were genuinely looking forward to dining there. Unfortunately, our experience upon arrival was disappointing due to the lack of communication and attentiveness from the host staff.
We were the fourth couple to enter and patiently waited to be assisted. When asked if we had a reservation, we politely informed the hostess that we did not. She began reviewing the system and mentioned there would be a wait. We respectfully asked for an estimated wait time, but before providing an answer, she took the phone call and continued the conversation on the phone.
During this time, we remained standing there without acknowledgment or update, while another staff member continued seating other guests. After approximately five minutes or so of waiting without communication, my husband asked again for an estimated wait time. Only then did another employee check and inform us that the wait could be approximately three hours, possibly longer due to reservations.
We completely understand and respect reservation policies, and the wait itself was not the issue. What was disappointing was the lack of clear communication, attentiveness, and basic courtesy. A simple and timely explanation would have demonstrated respect for our time and presence as potential guests.
As frequent diners who appreciate quality establishments and professional service, we believe Cowboys Brazilian Steakhouse has the opportunity to improve the guest arrival experience by clearly stating on its website and entrance that reservations are strongly recommended or required, and by ensuring all guests are acknowledged promptly and professionally.
We hope this feedback is received in the spirit it is intended and that management will take the appropriate steps to ensure future guests receive the level of service expected and deserved.

My wife and I made a reservation for 6/7/2025 @ 530pm at Cowboys Brazilian Steakhouse. It was a first for both of us. We arrived at 512pm and were immediately seated. Our server was Justin and he was top notch. Very polite and professional. I ordered a single malt scotch; (add so he will know it’s us…we did discuss the differences between single malt and blended scotches.) The salad bar was good with many different options. Pro tip: do not fill up at the salad bar. We sat back at the table and the guys coming around with the meats come often and are very polite and respectful. Everything is delicious by the way! My wife truly loved the grilled pineapple. All the staff were all smiles with every interaction. Great experience! We will be back when back in town! Thanks Justin!

Excellent atmosphere and service! We had a wonderful celebration of life dinner with family in a private room thanks to the wonderful Hostess, Janie. The food was also so delicious and flavorful! Highly recommend the House Special “Picancha”, the Flank Steak, Lamb Chop, and Brisket! Our fantastic server, Tori, took excellent care of us and even got a thumbs up from Poppy at the end! Also, a big shout out for the Garlic Bread and Pineapple guys for responding to the high demand at the table

Despite having a reservation, we waited quite a while to be seated. Once seated, we waited again before anyone greeted us or took our drink order. Our wine arrived only slightly chilled, and when the waitress offered to bring a cooler and I said yes, it never came.
The food didn’t improve the experience. The salad bar was underwhelming with limited fresh options. The potatoes tasted like instant potatoes made with water, and most of the meats lacked flavor entirely.
Overall, it was a frustrating evening, especially given that we had planned ahead with a reservation. Sadly, this will be our first and last visit.

Wonderful experience! Such great service, from making the reservation through the end of our meal. The side and salad bar had wonderful variety and was clean. Our Gaucho’s were all timely and personable. We enjoyed the beef choices the best. Would definitely recommend a Tuesday night to beat the crowds. It made our anniversary special – Thank you!

During our visit, to begin with the service was amazing, we had a very nice welcome and were seated fairly quickly. We then went to the salad bar which was really good and very fresh with many salads, cold meats (including shrimp) and additional vegetables for people to enjoy. As the servers started to come around with a variety of meats, the amazing service was continued, they were really funny and created an amazing evening and experience for us! The meats were cooked really well, between the two of us we pretty much tried some of everything. I also had a glass of wine which was really nice as well. The area we were seated in was away from everyone so we were able to enjoy our private conversations and it wasn’t super busy so even when more people arrived they were able to space us out, which we loved. So 10/10 would recommend!
