My spouse and I are embarking on a 3,200-mile journey to Alaska. This adventure promises to be an unforgettable experience! On our way there we decided to stop and get something to eat before deciding on what hotel to stay in for the night. We both Cowboys Bar & Grill since it’s local and I didn’t want to eat fast food. When entering the building the gentleman behind the bar told us to take a seat anywhere we’d like to, so we did in fact. The waiter came and asked us both on what to drink, I stated water and so did my husband. I wanted the Cowboy burger and he wanted the classic cheeseburger, I believe we sat at our table for around 20 minutes at most, food arrives and this is what we got for dinner that night! Very great service and wonderful food, I hope to come again someday in the future.

Stayed 1 night at the Loves across the street. It’s in walking distance so you don’t have to disconnect your camper. Had a IPA and a burger, which were both good. Gary the bartender was polite and checked on us from time to time.

Gail (spouse) and I are traveling for 15 days. On our way to Deadwood, SD, from Yellowstone, we were trying to decide a place to eat in Buffalo, WY. Gail conducted a search for restaurants in the vicinity of our overnight stay. She picked the Cowboy Bar and Grill. This bar, which serves great food, is a hidden gem! I ordered a Vaquero Burger, and Gail ordered a BLT. Both meals are portioned generously and made from high-quality ingredients, including the Applewood thick-cut bacon and succulent beef. The atmosphere of the bar transports you back to cowboy memories of your childhood (and perhaps your adulthood). Lastly, Kayla, our bartender, provided a friendly welcome as soon as we walked in. She was extremely attentive and provided exceptional service!

Rolled up to the Cowboy Bar & Grill, all set to wrangle myself a steak sandwich. The waitress hits me with, “We’re out of steak—but they’re delicious!” I could’ve went without the delicious part. With my steak dreams evaporated faster than water in the desert; I had to pivot to a buffalo chicken sandwich, which showed up fried. But, it was pretty darn tasty. Major kudos to the friendly waitress who patched up my crushed steak spirit with her polite and friendly service.

The staff was incredibly pleasant! We were passing through and traveling with our dog. They were more than happy to let us eat on their patio with our dog and even brought him some water. The service was a bit slow since it seemed as though they only had one server but the food came out very fast and extremely hot! Like it seriously went from grill to plate to table. At one point I saw the server literally run to try and hurry up the service. All the while she was extremely happy, pleasant, and committed to providing the best service possible.
If passing through again, I will definitely stop by for another meal.

Best burgers and fries in town!! Their steak fingers are also good and their onion rings are to die for! The staff is always friendly and the food is consistently delicious. It’s our go to spot in Buffalo.
