Great food and excellent service.
Karen is one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had anywhere.
Certainly going to be returning for lunch here again.

Our first visit to this restaurant and you can believe the rating they have. I was with a small group and all our meals were superb. Scrambled eggs very fluffy, hash brown potatoes were very very good. Buckwheat pancakes just right. Great bacon and a generous serving. I had corned beef hash, eggs sunny, and it was excellent, big pieces of corned beef and those wonderful potatoes. Prices are reasonable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We had a chance to speak with Trish, the owner, and I can see why her staff is so good. She hires in her image. If you have not been there, go. You will not be disappointed.

After a full morning of exploring the covered bridges around Scio, we ate lunch at the Covered Bridge Bakery and BBQ. It’s much more than a bakery – they have a full lunch and dinner menu. The patty melt was excellent!

This place was amazing! The food was out of this world, the waitress was so nice I wanted to take her with us, and everything was made in house! If you haven’t tried this place, it’s a must!! The picture is of the caramel pecan roll French toast I had, yum!!

What a find! A mom and pop restaurant ran by people who really know how to cook! And it’s a nice country drive to get there. We will be back.

Super cute cafe with a small gift shop. I think pastries and coffee are your best bet as everything looked delicious in the bakery counter, and my latte was flavorful and amazing. My breakfast was okay.

The service takes a long time, so make time to visit and enjoy time with your loved ones. Don’t be in a rush.

Delicious local food, but don’t be in a rush. Everything is delicious (try the cinnamon rolls!!) and I’ve been told they make all their food fresh from scratch. However the few times I’ve been, the service is slow. Not bad! Just slow. The staff has a lot of ground to cover and they’re always running so they’ll get to you, just don’t go if you’re in a mad rush. It’s a lovely place for a leisurely weekend breakfast.
