Amazing food and service, just wish the company ran more promotions for their rewards members. It encourages you to try new things and would promote affordability which is important! Continually mess up orders and when I called today the “manager” told me if I didn’t like the screw ups I could just go to another store, refused to listen and argued instead of taking ownership for his screw up. No tomatoes on thay sandwhich yet boom here they are. Take pride in your store please.

I would give – stars if I could. First time ordering here and we were missing a sub. Also, one of our sandwiches had a huge piece of plastic in it so we ended up throwing away all the food we got Had to stay on hold wayyy too long to get a hold of someone. They offered me two free subs. I would never eat at this place again, so that does us no good. Now have to take the sub in to get a refund

I ordered a large sub through the drive thru at W. College location. I paid for the sub with my debt card and the cost was $21.07. The next day I was reconciling my checking account and saw I was charged twice in the amount of $21.07. I called and spoke to the manager Heather. She took my information and proof of the double transaction from my bank. She was going to talk to corporate and get back to me. After 5 days I never heard back so I called again. Heather said she does not know what is going on and will have corporate call me directly. Another 2 days have passed and still no call. I have since called 5 more times and nothing is being done. Please check your charges people this location is double charging and it is NOT RIGHT!!

Cousins always has incredible food. The overall rating isn’t based on the food but more so Ernest. He has no communication skills. Cousins is already a struggling business and in order to move in a direction of success “Ernest’s” cannot be apart of the plan. I am sure he has a skill but social is not one of them. Keep smiling Ernest and remove that condescending tone and you’ll be a succesful sub maker!

Seems the day shift don’t know how to do their job. Missing ingredients on multiple subs. Put together very sloppy half the bread had nothing on it. I’ve gotten subs here at night and never had this problem.

Pretty sure this is as close as you get to false advertisement I paid 22 dollars for an 8 dollar sub secondly, my sub was made in under five minutes. There is no way they were using fresh meat to make from the time I order and got my sub was under 5 minutes yeah use to be a cook at least jersey mikes subs are less money and I could of got double the meet for the same price of this pathetic sub refuse to come back to this establishment

Ernest the cashier was asked nicely to make sure the hit sub was warm, his reply was u have microwave at home, were to busy. which only one person was ordering in drivethougj amd noone in lobby so i feel he was to lazy to so wut i asked which if happens again i will not be back we go to restaurants for this exaxt reaaon to tell us to do it ourself… wow someone needs to talk to ernest cashier with the read beard goatie facial haur.

Went to northland mall location previous years. No closed. Went to the new west college location. WOW my cheesesteak sandwich was perfect huge difference from old location. Thank you employees there keep up the great work…I love to tip great workers. See you soon

Accidently ordered at the wrong location which was completely on me for not noticing prior to ordering. Manager/staff made my order at the current location and worked with me to get a refund for the error. Could have very easily been like ” figure it out” but they assured me it happens all the time and were very understanding. Sub was good too- like always 🙂
