Best subs I have tasted. Amazing flavors in the double cheese steak. Just the right amount of lettuce tomato and the bread was great. The turkey sub just the right amount of mayo lettuce and tomato. The customer service is great. Come here to get your Subs.

My husband and I went here for some food on November 23rd around 5:30pm after some Christmas shopping. We ordered two itailian specials with garlic herb bread. After consuming these, I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. I was very nauseous throughout the night and didn’t sleep. The sandwhiches gave us food poisioning. Cousins, you need to watch your cross contamination and the quality of your ingrediants. You’re going to send someone to the hospital. I’m still going through the pain and sickness.

Love food but this food lacked any effort or soul. I got a philly cheesesteak and where I don’t expect a five star experience from a sandwich chain the first thing that made me cringe apart from the sandwich being awful was that American cheese is put on a philly by default. Save your money and go to any other sandwich shop. Not worth your time. People who worked here were nice but the restaurant was dirty. Shakes were dirty and spilling, mayo packets I asked for were covered in some slimy substance, and the counters and tables were dirty.

My wife and I got really sick off two of their Italian specials. Also found out they got caught with four health violations back in September so clearly nothing’s changed and they simply don’t care. Never coming back.

My sandwich was well.. not very good, meat was bland the vegetables lacked flavor and it was just poorly assembled
My macaroni and cheese was cold in the middle
I could tell everything was cheap product, not fresh and just a dang disappointment
If I’m paying over 16 dollars for a small sub and a small Mac and cheese with a drink it should at least be half way decent but this wasn’t even sub par
I am highly HIGHLY sad, I used to love cousins
Now, I despise this establishment.. except for homie at the front counter.. You’re cool bro

I’m consistently disappointed with the quality of their subs. The lettuce never seems fresh — it’s usually wilted, brown, and unappetizing. On top of that, the sandwiches are never put together well. The ingredients constantly fall out, and I end up having to stuff everything back in just to eat it. For the price, I expect fresher ingredients and a sandwich that actually holds together.
