Sally is absolutely amazing. I come in every so often but each time Sally has known what it is im there for. I will most always get broccoli and cheese soup with a loaf of Italian bread. Or I get the bread only and take it home. Sally goes out of her way to make sure my experiences are always pleasant!!

I remember eating at cousins a lot when I was younger when I lived in southern Wisconsin. This is the first cousins I’ve seen open in the area so I was excited to bring back the memories. The location is great, the building is trendy, and the subs are just as I remember. I’m a big fan of the bread and whatever oil / dressing they put on the Italian sub. In comparison to other places that sell the same food, I’d recommend putting a little more fixings on the subs. Both of our sandwiches looked paper thin compared to something similar from Subway, Jimmy John’s, Erbert and Gerbert, or Jersey Mike’s.

Never returning. Order this sad looking sandwich thru door dash to be delivered at my workplace. I didn’t customize anything on my sandwich. All I got was the bread, a few pieces of chicken, bacon and lettuce. That’s it!!! I took a few bites and threw the sandwich out. There was no flavor. If you want your moneys worth, go in person. Or else stick to your favorite sandwich joint and save yourself a headache.

Emilee was an awesome drive thru worker. It was my first time here and she was great at offering sides and possible upgrade options as well as explaining what’s on the sandwich. I decided on the Wisconsin Cheese steak Sub and fries with cheese sauce, and an orange dreamsicle shake. Food came out quick, staff were friendly, and everything tasted amazing!

If you are familiar with Cousins Subs you already know about their taste and quality. I have been going to Cousins since they opened their first two stores in Milwaukee in 1972. This much I can say, their subs taste as good or better now as they did 52 years ago. If you are not familiar with Cousins do yourself a favor and try one, you’ll be back.

What a difference a day makes! Was here yesterday for lunch and the service was friendly, courteous, warm. The gentleman taking my order thanked me and said my food would be brought out to my table. Wonderful! As a result I came back today only to be treated like I was an intrusion. The woman who took my order was cold and bordering on rude. Before asking if she could help me she had to banter with other staff. Once I placed my order she said nothing and barely handed me my order. When my order was ready she called out my number rudely and with disdain. I won’t be back and suggest others should eat elsewhere. Treat your customer respectfully and they want to return. Don’t and we’re gone for good!

Staff was very friendly, service was fast and food was tasty. Store and restrooms were extremely clean. I was impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the employee who asked if I needed extra sauce and napkins. Definitely above average experience.
