I have been buying cousins subs for many years. Sometimes I buy the sub buns plain and make them at home. Prices are very high these days. Most recently I have been buying them made and plain buns in Beverdam. I have been getting skinny on one half and full on the other. (Pic below)butter knife is size reference. have asked to not be sold the skinny one, several times. Last time the manager rudely told me she wasn’t going to pick , what comes out first is what you get. I get that. But looking at the reviews, even from 9 months ago complaining about the skinny bread and the content falling out because of that. Who gets that tiny side when ordering a half sub?! That’s what was happening to me. When I pay 18$ that equal to a huge pk of toilet paper. People are faced with treating themselves in a very tough economy. I WILL NOT BUY YOU SUBS OR BREAD ANYMORE IF YOU DONT FIX YOU BREAD PROBLEM! You respond to each review, NOT FIX YOUR BREAD!!

I ordered a 15 inch turkey sub. Told the clerk the last time i ordered the bread was dry and hard. She passed on the info to the lady who was making my sub. The whole time while making it she sarcastically said the bread is made fresh every day and if the humidity makes the bread hard that is just how the bread is. When I got home if was hard in the edges. I went in after they opened. I have never had a problem when going in the afternoon. Guess I will have to find a new sub place.

I visited this cousin subs a few weekends back. They did a great job getting us our food quickly and was correct. I’m not sure if they were having a rough day or not but the overall the facility was a bit of a mess. I had to clean my table off from the customers before us, the bathrooms for sure needed to be cleaned, and the beverage machine was down. However, the employees were incredibly kind. We were met with a smile and hello. the food hit the spot after a long day of wrestling. I hope to visit again in the future to improve the rating.

This place was really not so great. My daughter had a sandwich and she couldn’t even pick it up it was the messiest thing ever. Every time she managed to pick it fell apart after she took a bite. The bread was so small and skinny the toppings took up more room than the bread could even hold. The fries were cooked in bad oil they were not the best. I went to the bathroom and it was nasty. We were there at about 11:30 and the bathroom was already gross the floor was dirty the garbage was already full so they clearly did not empty it today. Our tables and seats were dirty and we were the first ones to sit at the table. It took a while for the food to come out. We will not be coming back here anytime soon at all! Cousin’s needs to get it together! ( The pictures down below are my daughter’s sandwich.)

If you want to go to a restaurant where they mess up your order, blame you, and then you argue with the GM, Cousins subs is the place to go!

My husband and I ordered food through the drive-thru about an hour ago. When we get home, we checked our bag and noticed it was almost completely wrong. We paid for and received a sub we did not order and then we only got one cheese curd, when we ordered two. So we called the store to let them know the situation. The general manager is the one to answer the phone. Immediately placed the blame on us, and says “I packed the bag, so I know it’s right.” Well girl, clearly you did not. We explain we have proof, so we send in the proof. During this, we mention how it’s upsetting that almost every time we go, our order is messed up. The GM then says “Respectfully, if your order is always wrong, why do you keep coming back.” That phrase is why I’m leaving the review. I’ve worked in customer service, so I know those are inside thoughts, and you should NOT be saying that to customers. Honestly, just makes me feel so bad for her employees.. Anyways, the GM has a horrible attitude and should not be working any customer-service jobs.

This was a great Cousins. When it sold its gone down hill. Sandwich is dry, not much mayo or oils. Getting skimpy with the meats. Sometimes it’s OK, not as good as used to be. The fries are always under cooked.
The soda selection is great when they pay attention to it.

I was in the Beaver Dam store about 5:30pm. The Manager and Assistant Manager were talking to each other over head set while she is on the floor in dining room picking up the floor mats, and gets up, goes into the kitchen with out washing hands grabs a bucket of fries out of cooler and reaches in and grabs a order of fries and places it in fryer. So when I was leaving I said that I was going to call your corporate office and Assistant Manager was arguing with me over it. I hope that customer liked there fries.

Amazing experience young man named victor or Vincent treated my young autistic child so very nicely and treated her like she was like the rest of us and had our food to us within minutes of ordering will come again!

My husband picked up 2 sandwiches, he ordered 2 cheese steaks, we were given 2 Wisconsin cheese steaks that had cheese sauce instead of real cheese. We were supposed to have lettuce tomato and onion, these sandwiches just had a sauce and no veggies. I called to say what happened and the person I spoke to “Tanya” was terrible to me. We have never had a problem there, but these sandwiches were terrible and the person I spoke with was terrible. We will never order from there again!!! Cousins is not a “ cheap “ place to order from, and to be that disrespected by an employee there, too many other places to get food. Never again at the Beaver Dam Cousins!!!

Ordered a 15” Wisconsin Cheesesteak to share with my wife and it was less than desirable. Very Very little meats and fillings especially paying $20. Been going here for years and the product has gone down hill the last year. I’ll be going somewhere else going forward.
