What I find really frustrating if that Cousins in the Milwaukee area is really good. This location is always our of sodas. I have been here 3x and I don’t understand why they’re always our of low calorie sodas. a on my visit today in 12/2025 over half the low calorie sodas they’re out at their machine. My chicken bacon cheddar sub was actually really good. It would have been a good experience if I didn’t have this flavorless seltzer drink, which was the only option. It’s tough to see in the photo because of the glare, but half those sodas shown are unavailable.

I stopped in to use a gift card and shelter myself from the storm. Cayden was nice, respectful, and fast. I ordered dine-in and the presentation was awesome. He brought the food right to my table after saying they’d just call out my order number to pick up. They even loaded my shake up! Awesome! I love Cousins and this was a good experience

We generally like cousins subs, but I feel this location never gets the orders correct. My wife and I were debating where to order food, I suggested a different restaurant, she wanted cousins. I said they never get the order correct, I’d prefer to go somewhere else. Well she won out. I pre ordered for takeout, planning to pickup 20 mins later, plenty of time for them to make the food. I arrived 5 mins past my pickup time and checked in, only one other customer inside, my food wasn’t ready. Strike 1. The worker turned and said I’ll check, then continued his conversation with the other employee. Didn’t say anything to me. I sat down figuring it would be a few mins. 20 mins later they called my name, I checked my order, and behold, the forgot the condiments that were ordered. Strike 2. I ordered a sprecher rootbeer with the order to find out, they only have barqs on the machine. Okay whatever I can get over that, slightly misleading. I get home, open the subs, and they were wrong, wrong bread, wrong style sub. Strike 3. My point to my wife, they literally cannot get an order correct. Like how hard is it to have a little attention to detail and ensure your making the correct food that is on the order.

I stopped in and was immediately greeted by a cheerful young man with dreads whose name I can’t recall. He promptly took my order and even helped me with some great sandwich suggestions for my spouse. The building itself is immaculate as to be expected with a new store. I was mildly concerned it may be understaffed due to the short timeframe it’s been open. Not the case at all! It was very well staffed and running like a well oiled machine. I placed a very large order and got it handed to me in under 7 minutes for takeout.
I find it appalling that this amazing new stores first review was left by a fake account that maliciously leaves random 3 star reviews for dozens of local businesses. It’s quite telling when a reviewer doesn’t have the wherewithal or spine to leave detailed words but instead chooses to post a generic negative review. What a sad existence…
I’ll be recommending this new location to anyone who asks and certainly returning myself! So happy to have a Cousins back in the SP area!!

I placed my order and it was sent at 8:20 PM, I drove the 15 minutes to get there. Arrived at 8:40 PM. They say open till 9 PM. Apparently they started cleaning before I placed my order and was told I couldn’t get my food cause they were too far along in the cleaning. I am furious, well over an hour was wasted by choosing it out, the drive there and back to my house, and trying find the sense that this makes with one of the employees. Strongly urge no one to order from this location.

I’ve stop at this cousin subs before it closed it was 8:20 when I pulled up to the drive thru and the guy told me he could’ve serve me no hot meals. I get u guys are trying to leave at 9 but I came 20 mins before yall closed yall should not be closing down that early.This had happened a couples times I been there and I’m disappointed something has to be done about this. Walked into an empty restaurant and one car waiting for order. Standing at the cash register and waited…two dudes working, one was somewhere other than up front. Ordered two subs, two regular drinks, small Mac and cheese, no chips and cheese on one sub. With tax $49 to feed two people not to mention the coke machine was out of 3/4 of the selections. One bathroom smelled like vomit, one was ok. 15 minutes later a $49 bag, and we were on our way. Cannot imagine if there were more customers or a line. Sorry first and last at the new place along Hwy 151 and if I’m going to drop 49 bucks it should come with a Spotted Cow!

Never heard anything too good about cousin’s expect that they had good curds. Besides the curds, I totally understand that now. I paid $20 for a sandwich that was the saddest looking thing in the world. If I knew I was paying that type of money for what I received, I would’ve gone to jersey Mike’s or firehouse and knew I would’ve enjoyed what I paid for…do better.

We got here with nobody in line in the drive through and had to wait 5+ minutes to even order food. After ordering had to wait more than 20 minutes for two cold subs.. while there was only 3 cars in the parking lot. Do not go to this location.

So, it was not bad, but it is expensive… Kid meals are the same price as in a normal restaurant.
Then half sandwiches are 10 bucks. If you want the long one it is close to $20. Just the sandwich.
