The prices have become completely unreasonable. Food quality is ok, but definitely a victim of shrinkflation. If I’m paying $21 for a cheese steak, there should be about 5 times as much meat on it.

Order was not delivered to the location specified in the notes. Couldn’t find the delivery until 30 minutes past the time scheduled for delivery. No notification was sent to my phone saying food was delivered. The food was soggy, and the hot subs were cold. I ordered through the app and the manager I spoke with, Gabby, said there’s nothing they can do about it and to take it up with Door Dash even though I didn’t order through Door Dash. Poor customer service.

When I arrived, I went to placed an order online as I had 5 kids with me and they weren’t sure what they want, so I went to sit down and took my time, when I submitted my order I went to the counter and told them that I had just place an order online, but it wasnt going to be to go, that we will be eating there so to please put it in the basket things that they usually use for people who eat at the restaurant, the worker told me “ok” I waited over 25 min, then I saw another worker packing everything, I asked her if that was the “online order” and she said yes, I told her I had requested it for dine in instead of to go, she caught an attitude with me, rolled her eyes and when I asked if I could have some trays/basket to put our subs, she replied with “i guess” and you could tell she was so bothered by it, so I told her never mind, we will make it work without them. Its unfortunate that I got the service I did, because I was previously there the night before and as she saw me walk-in she said the grill was already closed so she couldn’t serve us, yet I still went back the next day. I recently received coupons at my local business, from cousins management so I figured it was a good time to use them, but with this kind of service, I will go somewhere else next time. If you dont like your job, dont take it out on customers.
Definitely do not recommend with this kind of attitude/negative service.

Haven’t been to a cousin’s in a long time. Stopped in yesterday and got multiple items. Service was fantastic. Food was so good. The lobby and bathroom were clean. Definitely will be back.

Just wanna say, we just got 3 subs for me and my siblings and they were all full and filling, came hot and fresh! Aswell as the cookies, all subs were labeled to, which is always nice. My meatball sub was packed and had meat in every bite and had great flavor, definitely best I’ve had in a while, better than any other place I’ve have in town for as long as I can remember. We’re all really satisfied with the food, and definitely gonna be ordering from cousins in town here more often, they did an amazing job on the subs! We appreciate the team taking the time to make some top quality sandwiches for us tonight. They nailed it!

Not…even…close. Weak and lame sandwhich. Like Wendy’s used to say, “Where’s the beef”. Took me over 25 years to try a Cousins again after getting moldy bread all those years ago. Not impressed.
