Lexi was amazing in helping an older customer who is a regular. Its like a family in there as thethe staff were all very friendly and attentive to all those in the store. This is one of the most friendly and attentive Cousins Subs that I’ve ever visited! The food was on point too. Made my day! Thanks Lexi and team.

Came here with a few people and had separate orders cuz we are separate people. But because most of my group was elderly I ordered for them. This whole crew including manager has a difficult time understanding plain English. They had a difficult time getting our orders straight even though it was clearly stated on the receipts what we ordered and also could see what we got and what we didn’t get yet cuz we were dining in. We got a total of four subs in two sides. They forgot two of our subs and a side. I brought the receipt up showing them what I was still missing they had a hard time understanding which subs needed to be made and that we still needed a large fry. Finally got the two subs no fries so I have to go up again and ask for my food. The manager brought it out asking me why I wasn’t getting my food. I didn’t know you guys are making it!! I’ve been very kind and understanding until you point the finger at me like it’s my problem they can’t keep orders straight. He was extremely rude especially when we spent what we spent.

Food was great, drive thru was super slow. But the people who helped us were very nice.
Went through drive thru, so I can’t say how the inside looked but the outside was clean. And to be fair, about the wait, it was only about 45 minutes before they were closing, and we ordered cheese curds.

I ordered a small root beer float I’m not sure what I got and I ordered my sub to be cut in 4ths (quarters) it was cut in half I went through the drive thru so they all heard my request.

This place makes subs worse and screws up orders far more than the one down the street. Pictured is a pepperoni melt cold that has no lettuce and like two pieces of pepperoni. I’ll change my review when I’ve had two consecutive positive experiences (defined as getting my order correct) at this location. Staff is very friendly, btw.

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited for a made to order cheesesteak and a ham & cheese sandwich for my long road trip back to Indiana. I got my order and began to hit the road. Last minute the voice in my head said no stop at your friends house and eat your cheesesteak and fries first. Thankfully I did because when u opened my bag I had someone else’s order completely. No fries, no cheesesteak, no ham and cheese. And I was left with someone’s kids meal. Poor kid hopefully they got their right food. I had to wait all over again for my food and wasn’t offered anything in compensation outside of giving me what I had already paid for!! I love cousins but this one failed!!

I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and watched nearly 12 people walk into the store and leave with their meal. There were also 3 cars behind me that got their food before me. I didn’t ask for anything unusual or special.

I went to the new Cousins in St Francis. It was great. We ordered 2 party pack for a family reunion. They were ready on time and delicious. Everyone loved them. Very easy way to feed a large group. The store staff were very helpful and friendly. The place is super clean! I would go back again and again.

After a long hard day at work I decided to treat myself to eat out seeing how everything is so expensive now a days.
If I would have know the staff at St. Francis was literally going to give me a “small” fry I wouldn’t have ordered a large. Feeling ripped off like everything else.
…. and NO I didn’t eat any of them and post a bogus review. I just worked a 10hr shift and have to pick up my daughter and yet to shovel. So I wouldn’t take the time out of my busy day if I honestly didn’t feel like I was being straight up ripped off.

Terrible customer service, 20 minute wait for some cold subs, LOL. Assistant manager is clearly an assistant because he can’t manage anything. Don’t waste your time here.
