We encountered this place at an Irish Dance convention. We ordered 4 sub sandwiches. When we sat down to eat it, the meat seemed slimey, and the lettuce was brown. The place admitted they made it the day before Thanksgiving and we we at the event on Friday. We asked for our money back and they told us that there was nothing they can do. We spent $80 for inedible food. The people at the convention counter was gracious enough to try to help us out.

Took the team members over five minutes to greet me so that I could pick up my order. All they were doing was having a personal conversation with each other. When I asked them a question, no one replied. I ordered three sandwiches, one of which had an ingredient I paid extra for. The steak and cheese was bland and was missing an ingredient, and the crispy chicken( the one with the extra paid ingredient) was missing the paid ingredient. Would only go if desperate.

I would have given them a 5 star bc my food is always perfect, staff is almost always nice which says a lot seeing that this is a very busy location however outside of the fountain machine needing a wash down there is one employee who has a very nasty attitude I believe his name is Francisco (Hispanic older guy) also very unsanitary blowing his nose while behind the counter and handling the grill after he told an customer he couldn’t talk to her because he was not on the clock.

I order here often on my way back from evening classes, and I am always satisfied. I can tell that my French fries are made to order, and are always nice and crispy. I also enjoy chatting with the Black older lady and a younger woman with tattoos who run the register. They’re very polite. I will be coming back for late night fries and cheese curds.

I went to the actual location after ordering for the first time on Doordash. They have this sub in a bowl option that was so delicious. The seasonings, amount of items, especially when you pay for extra meat, makes this a filling meal. I will definitely be back.
