I ordered my sandwich off the app.It was ready promptly and staff was super nice. However, the sandwich itself was tiny. Very thin and almost no meat.I had to dig through my pepperoni melt to see if there was even any pepperoni on it.There were only two paper- thin slices and pepperonis in the name of the sandwich. The cheese curds were good and I got a decent amount, but I feel in relation to the other items, they were overpriced. I won’t be going back.

Waited 10 minutes to order, then another 20 minutes for three cold sandwiches. One of them wasn’t made correctly. And the store wasn’t busy.

My Italian sub looks like it fell off the countertop. We would have been done eating already, and with better food, if we had stopped at Fire House. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

If this location wasn’t consistently bad I would have given them more than two stars. On tonight’s episode however. It wasn’t that they were “out of bread” at 6pm. Just poor sloppy service. No marinara for curds (I specifically asked they not forget), one literal pickle slice on my sub, husband had approximately 3 jalapeños thrown onto his sub. Make the drive to a better location.

The few times I’ve been here, the food has been solid, but the store has been notably slower than other cousin’s locations (at both busier and slower times). It’s a smaller location and they don’t have a quick grab station for online orders. The store is also located on one side of the divided highway, so it’s not super easy to access or park. That being said, it’s still Cousin’s and the food has been solid and the people were nice.

I went to this cousins expecting a good meal and experience. Instead I was “ greeted “ by a rude man with an attitude towards me. He had blonde curly hair and confronted me for not using the drive through or having a pick up order. He then told me various things were unavailable when that wasn’t true ( as told to me by the cook ) he stood there on his phone taking selfies and rolling his eyes at any task that was brought his way. This cousins used to have the most respectful staff, I’m not sure why this is what it’s come to. Please teach your staff to respect customers and to not treat them like a piece of garbage. Thanks.

I usually have no issues with this cousins but came through the drive thru and ordered a meatball sub, broccoli soup and 2 drinks. They forgot my soup so I called them to let them know that I was swinging back around to pick it up just to be treated like I was cheating them out of a $5 soup. They took down my name and number like a criminal over soup because THEY DIDN’T PUT MY SOUP IN THE BAG. I hope someone does call me over this, run the tape. At first, I thought they had a extreme process and was sympathetic enough to offer to repurchase it to make their job easier. No, they(blonde hair guy) were just trying to be rude over their mistake. He said, “Well, I remember putting it in there.” I wish your memory and reality would sync up….Yes I’m

I have given this cousins location too many tries. They never get the order right and they take forever. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to make a plain ham and cheese sub but every time they put all the toppings on. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location.

We had a very disappointing experience at this location yesterday. We used the app to place an order for two sandwiches and then went through the drive thru to see if they were ready. We were told it would “be a while” and to park and someone would bring it out. After waiting another twenty minutes my husband called the store where it seemed there was a lot of confusion between the employees but our sandwiches were ready. We went back through the drive thru but no one came to help us so my husband finally went in the store to pick up. Our hot sandwiches were no longer hot and my husband’s chicken sriracha sandwich was lacking in chicken and other toppings. Overall, definitely not worth waiting thirty minutes and jumping through hoops for mediocre sandwiches.
