Advertisement promo read that if you spend $30 you get a free sub… I was told that wasn’t being offered anymore so I left without further comment… decided to go back and show them at the drive thru window that the promo was conflicting with what I experienced… they decided to fulfill my request for a free sub and were super sweet about it and didn’t treat me like some sort of looking to get something free Karen! thank you for honoring customer service in this case! Enjoyed my free sub

I literally went into to order my sandwich & asked for specific things on my sandwich for them to give me a whole different sandwich . Then said you can come back & get the sandwich remade like people don’t be busy & have lives . They literally can’t read because my receipt says something different than what I received. It’s tooooo many workers in there for them to messed up badly. I’m literally 20-25 mins aways from this location. NEVER AGAIN. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL .

Do not go to this establishment we spent close to 80 dollars on 4 subs and fries and every one of then we’re more then skimpy on the meat my wife ordered the Philly I believe all you see is bacon and cheese in the middle of the bread. My father in law got salami with double meat there was maybe 5 pieces of salami on it my turkey sub maybe 5 pieces of meat I have never spent 80 dollars on 4 subs only to have to basically take all 4 of subs and put together to make one sub when confronted we were told yes that’s how they come and yes that’s double meat lol ok corporate here we come how could you let’s this continue to happen my review isn’t the first like this qnd for the cashier how could you look me dead in the eye and tell us this is double meat ?? Where do I start. Leaving one star is being
generous, I wish I could give them zero stars! This location is terrible! I ordered a club and a ham and cheese. For both sandwiches the bread was flimsy
and had holes in it. I ate about half of the ham and cheese sub before I started tasting something sour. I am beyond upset. I called and after the 3rd attempt at speaking with management. I
was told ” that’s odd, I just ate a ham and cheese and i’m fine” after dismissing my situation… he told me I can get credit or bring both sandwich’s back
and get a refund. This is terrible. Second time coming to this location and the first time I had hair in my food. Do not go here!!!! “not feeling well” now. I always go to the one on 92nd Lincoln and they are always clean, friendly, and fast. Just drive the extra miles if you don’t want to end up
with the runs….I am disgusted right now!

Asked for extra mayo….sandwich dry as the desert!
1/5 wasted my whole break in the drive line! They are so slow! No acknowledgement, “hey someone will be right with you”…they take the order and get you to the window just to sit. I blew my horn, a guy just looked at me and walked off! My goodness! I only get about 30 minutes..now I’m finding something else…with a few minutes left. thanks!

Ordered a regular 7.5 inch Club, they literally gave me 3 or MAYBE 4 slices of meat. No mayo and cucumbers in it either. This is pathetic, I’ve never had such a sad looking sub in my entire life. Go to Jimmy John’s or anywhere else, I’ve never been skimped like this ever before.

I went through drive thru and ordered 2 club sandwiches and 2 chocolate shakes. I order one 15″ and one 7 1/2. One I ordered with out onions and without oregano and EXTRA mayo.
Tell me why it took a while in drive thru and hen I got home with my sandwich and opened it…there was oregano and doesn’t look like extra mayo is on it. I paid over $36.00 for that and couldn’t even get it the way I wanted it. So much for the workers listening to your order nd making it exactly as ordered. I definitely will not go to that location again.

The Subs are Good. I miss the location that was by The Kmart a couple of blocks up. The Food at this location was Good but the prices are a little more expensive then some other locations. I paid at least $ 38.00 to 2 whole subs and a large French Fries. I could have bought 6 Subs from Gold Coast Subs for that price or 3 Footlong Subs and 2 drinks from Subway. The staff was Polite & Friendly. The wait Time was pretty quick
