Other than the type of bread you want, don’t bother customizing your order at this location. They will just ignore your instructions and make your sandwich according to their standard ingredients. Your customization will print out on the receipt but that’s as far as it goes. Don’t mistake this location for a Burger King; you can’t “have it your way.”

Subs are superior to subway by a long shot (not even comparable). The place is ok for fast food place to dine in. The fries were good as I had read online. The price for the meal I felt was high for what’s received. Again it’s not bad but I might go somewhere else before this for my fast food fix. If you want a good sub this is a good option

This location is not good. Inside was a mess. Someone Spilled a shake at the entrance and nobody was cleaning it up so people kept having to walk around it or step in it. Girl that took my order was rude and had an attitude for no reason and told me there was no make it a meal option for my sub even though the person that picked up their online order had a meal with chips and drink. Not a good place will never return.

Horrible customer service!!! The lady who took my order was quite RUDE! No eye contact, no proper greeting, etc. She just handed my receipt to me, mumbled something (maybe”thanks) and walked away. Near while the ordertaker and cook had way too much joking and kidding around, considering their were 6 to 7 folks in the restaurant waiting for food when I entered. I tried calling 4 times to place a call ahead order, no answer. Instead they have music loudly playing while singing aloud for all to hear!!!! Never Again!!!!!

Just went here to grab some subs. Solid Cousins here. The inside is updated and nice and the service was fast considering there were only 2 people in line. Overall a nice spot. Just tougher to find since it’s located in the corner lot. Parking is tough since it’s shared with so many businesses.

Good food and good service. I ordered takeout and when I went in my order was ready, they just had to drop my fries which only took a few minutes. Good service, clean bathroom and the lids and napkins were fully stocked. My hot food was hit and cold food was cold and it’s exactly how I wanted it.

this is the first time ever that I was disappointed with cousins. The bread was definitely old and upon opening my sub I could see my lettuce was not fresh either. smh, definitely my first and LAST time at this location.

Called to place a gentleman answered the phone and I was told that it would take over an hour to get food. I asked them if I were to stop in the lobby would it take just as long he said “yep that’s what everyone’s saying “. I was subsequently 12 minutes from this location and wanted to give them the courtesy to have my drive time to start on my order. I walked in the lobby was greeted with a “what do you need?” By employee shaneekqua H. I gave my order at 7:18:42 and proceeded to wait. In the interim Shaneequa began stacking chairs to what I assume was to mop there were two other people waiting as well. The was the least pleasant experience I’ve encountered at cousins and would welcome any and all communication from the owner(s) to discuss the very negative behavior while dining in. For the staff to be so preoccupied with cleaning the lobby should be a lot cleaner as well.
