Came in today and ordered a Philly cheese before I left I opened my sandwich to make sure it was done right and glad I opened it before I left it was a completely different sandwich than what I ordered they got my sandwich mixed up with someone else’s when I went to the counter the lady who prepared the orders asked me for my receipt I told her I just got it and the sandwich was cold and wasn’t a Philly cheese steak she asked how is it cold I just made it with an attitude the cashier didn’t even apologize nor did the manager just made me another order for Philly cheese and tht was it what if I just took my food and left without checking? What if I was allergic to the order they gave me? Never again will I eat at this location again smh bad customer service

The staff was great! They were happy, and treated us like family. The food was delicious and they even accommodated me and my special diet. The three stars? It was so hot in the restaurant. I feel sorry for the staff that has to work near the fryer. When asked about the heat, they said corporate was supposed to get someone out to repair it but hasn’t come. This looks poorly on corporate since the staff and service was amazing.

I ordered online to have food for my break-time. Clearly my receipt and order asks for Provolone cheese. After calling stating about the order the lady with a deep voice or could’ve been a man couldn’t exactly tell told me to bring sandwich in next day because they had to see the food or see that they actually didnt read the order or pay attention and just put whatever cheese they wanted. I work in a doctor’s office I had to start back working helping my patients. I thought that suggestion was absolutely ridiculous! Very insensitive, & unconcerned response from the person on the phone.

I don’t like American cheese ruined my taste for the order I paid $22.32 for a sandwich , soup and fries. Sandwich made my stomach ache and turned my taste buds off. I gave half to co worker and tossed the rest. I will not order again and will inform the building employees of my experience with this Cousins Subs who I see clearly is not providing good service or experiences and want you climb hell’s mountain with wrongly made sandwich in tow a day old, to prove your complaint. Today was my first day at a new company, and by the time I got off work, I was exhausted and overwhelmed. I decided to grab something quick to eat and stopped at Cousins on East Capitol. From the moment I walked in, Ora and Moe had such uplifting energy and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
Being in their presence felt comforting and peaceful, and I left knowing my food was prepared with care. When I got home and ate my sub, it was not only fresh but made exactly the way I requested.
This Cousins location truly stands out—Ora and Moe are leaders who set the tone, and I appreciate them immensely. This is the Cousins to choose!

Pissed got all the way home to food that wasn’t what we ordered! Payed $28 bucks for two large fries and two clubs . These subs both have 5 pieces of ham and two slices of provolone cheese on them and NO turkey. Why!? A waste of money. If we could make it back there before they close we would give this bullshit right back to them.
