Man, really wanted tongive the 5 stars because the sandwiches looked well prepared, fresh and tasted good, honestly BUT!!! only up UNTIL 2 of the 3 sandwiches were discovered to have a hair in it. We were sadly disappointed.. otherwise the sandwiches would have been perfect

Wisconsin Cheese steak was suppose to come with cheddar, I got a melted cheese sauce. Which led to a mess.
A nacho cheese sauce was messy. Luckily they forgot my mayo. I waited 15 minutes which is unacceptable. By the time I got my food it was cold. To sum it up slow service at the drive thru, order made wrong and messy. Oh they forgot the napkins. I think I’m done with this location, maybe Cousins all together. Quality and service has gone down while prices go up. I refuse to pay $15 for a sub and get what they give me. Next time I’ll just say surprise me.

The food was okay, the prices on the printed menu or lower than they actually were so be warned they may not be correct online either! I personally think that they should have to keep up with that! So as a customer you know how much it’s going to be!!

One of the workers lacks customer service. As someone who works cashier it’s important to realize who walks in first and who’s waiting been waiting in line. Didn’t even get a welcome as walking in either. Regardless if “you’re busy” the customer has to be acknowledged when walking in. Thank you to the other workers who noticed and helped.

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. We had ordered 2 small fries and only received one that was already cold. When i called, the worker who answered immediately apologized and made us 2 fresh ones. When I returned she didn’t even want the first order back. Many restaurants in the area can learn from their example, this is what great customer service looks like. If management is reading give your people a bonus!

These subs are always fresh & delicious.
They use real roast beef!
Very nice people working there too!
