If this COUSINS Mgr or Owner REALLY CARED they would contact us directly in instances like this…because of this YOU are downgraded to a 1 star and once again…This is NOT HOWitOT2B ! Ok. I cannot understand how one Cousins location is so different from one another. COUSINS you slide along and now you are sliding…this particular Cousins had an outstanding front counter person…but that’s were good ended…watching the new staff attempt to effectively build a sub and fill an order painful. They looked pressured…and they failed. My mini sub had liitle pieces of meat, one piece of cheese with lettuce and tomatoes…the food looked like it wanted to jump out of the sandwich…cmon …you can no longer be my Cousin. Another twenty dollars down the drain..This is NOT HOWITOT2B. .

Online order took 50 minutes to be completed. 4 subs and 2 fries. Took an additional 30 minutes of waiting in store after garunteed pickup time. All other instore customers and 6 drivethru customers were completed while we waited. Hardly anything on the sandwiches and cold fries…. worst expirence at a cousins ever.

I live close to this Cousin’s but haven’t been in years. Stopped in for a half meatball and a cup of chili. The staff was very attentive, communicative, and friendly. It was moderately busy and they seemed to have things well in hand. The sub was good, maybe not quite as flavorful as I remember though the chili was very good.

My go-to lunch when I am in Waukesha. Close to the airport, the waukesha county fair grounds, and the courthouse. Super clean restaurant and very friendly. Great sandwiches. The Cousin’s Club has been my favorite for years.

This location consistently makes orders wrong. I can’t remember the last time I got my order done correctly. I truly don’t think they look at any of the customization options the customer chooses for their sub.
I’ve had to go back to get orders remade enough times, that this was the last. I’m not going back to have anything remade, I’m simply just not going back anymore.

Whether I get it dashed to my place or pick it up the food is always fresh. Employees are very nice and I love the new store hours! If there’s ever anything missing with my order they always make it up even better and fresher.
