I order from this specific store for Many Reasons…. but to name a few, There is a young man named Josh that provides the best customer service i have seen in a long time. Everytime I order my food, he is always trying to make sure that I am getting t he best deals possible. I order many different kinds of subs at Cousins Subs and I like to add different meats, sauces, veggies and what not. Normally if you aff things. Most places will charge you extra. Josh finds ways to add and subtract certain condiments like I mentioned before in order to save me money when I order. This guy takes the time out of his day to go above and beyond to keep me coming back. He deserves recognition for how dedicated he is and how happy he makes his customers. Thank you Josh for all that you do!

Place was clean. Food was good. I got two subs. Club fully loaded. Meatball Double loaded. Club was good. Did not know they stopped letting you tell them what you want on YOUR sub. Had to tell them at the register. Not good.As I get older I can’t remember everything I want on the sub. And the board behind them kept switching. Don’t care for their fries to small. But they were good.Really no gripes. Good food for little high on prices. Couldn’t use my reward care they are updating the app. Girl said next time I order they would fix the rewards. Watch out there is construction on the area. Well finished up my double loaded meatball. Yum . Hit the spot. Lots of food. Definitely get another.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Cousins Subs on Ryan Rd for years, and my go-to order is always the 7 1/2 Steak Cheese sandwich. While the customer service has consistently been good and the restaurant is always clean, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies with the quality of the subs.
Specifically, the flavor and texture of the meat has varied from visit to visit, and the tomatoes often aren’t as ripe as I’d like. These issues have been ongoing, and it’s disappointing because I’ve come to expect more consistency from a popular chain like Cousins.
That being said, I still enjoy my Steak Cheese sandwich when it’s made well, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. With a bit more attention to detail and consistency in food preparation, Cousins Subs could easily regain its top spot in my book.

The double cheese steak and wi cheese steak we ordered barely had any meat on it. Once you closed the sandwich all you can see is bread and vegetables. Not worth the price
