Burlington store needs a makeover to brighten up the experience. The Sub was good but the Tomatoes and lettuce were horrible….lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were mushy….yuk. Hope they improve as I love their rye sub bread…

I went to pick up a couple of subs for me and my mom. It was 645pm and they were closed. Ridiculous. Went the following day at 4pm asked a few questions about their web menu and the employees had zero knowledge. Either poor management or slacking employees maybe both.

Paid $16.58 for this 12 ” sub. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! I unfortunately bought three of them and took them home before unwrapping them. IT WAS CRAP !!
Spent $47 . I strongly suggest that you purchase subs at a different place.

My family kept telling me “You have to go here, they have the best subs in the area!” So I finally went. The location is a little out of the way, but they were 100% right. The place even smelled great – bread and spices. Service was fast and the sandwich was the best I have had in ages. Only complaint – someone spilled a drink on a table and chair. I noticed it just before I sat there. I told the staff “Yea, I know. We’ve been busy” – and they still had not cleaned it 20 minutes later.
Prices were average, $11 for a sub and drink.

We love cousins we eat there once a week! And even served subs for my daughter’s and my niece’s wedding as a late night snack! Huge hit! Lena and her team are amazing! Fresh and fast! Took care of both brides! Would definitely recommend!

This is how much bread was left over, also to note there was only 1 piece of deli fresh chicken breast meat folded all throughout the entire sandwich(meaning the sub was layered with 1 folded piece of meat making for a big bite of lettuce and bread) come on guys GET WITH IT if you want the business here in town that’s unacceptable all you have to do is make a sandwich.

But I’ve been here, and it’s been bad.
I’m here at 7:30 in a Monday, and the “OPEN” sign is off, and it looks like an employee just came out to lock the door. So don’t trust the hours.
Also, when they get a large quantity of phone-in orders, you could be sitting for a while even if you show up in person.
But the sandwiches they make are solid and typically made in a timely manner.
