I was down in this area from Shawano and I had never been to cousins subs. The gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to walk me through the menu and help me order for my parents in the car. This place is clean and the customer service is top notch, the food was fresh and tasted really good. Easy 5 stars all the way! God bless you!

Just stopped on my way home for something quick, however I only received half my order. Apparently they didn’t hear me correctly. However, you know what would have prevented this situation, if they cared enough to read me back my order or for me a total. I had 2 hungry kids in the car and it took them long enough to get me the one sandwich, I didn’t have the time or patience to go in or wait in the drive thru line AGAIN. Not a great experience.

It’s another one of these places where they stick the credit card reader out the window for you to swipe it and then be put on the spot to give a tip without knowing what service you’ll get. Naturally, you feel like they might do something to your food if you don’t tip and of course I had to wait forever to get the food. The food was as good as any Cousins but there’s plenty of other locations without this tip infestation! I’ll never go back there again! Pay your employees properly and stop making the customers pay more for already expensive food! I just want to hand my credit card to the person and get my food! Tipping should only be for restaurants with a waiter or waitress and fancy hotels!

honestly yall are usually on your game. yall rubbed me the wrong way the last 2 times. Placed an online order for not be ready when i get there both times, teenagers in back just texting or doing whatever on their phones, while looking right at you. I waited the first time not tonight, after 8 mins NAHHH i just drove off yall can keep the food and the money and my rewards. it was supposed to be done otherwise online order is pointless.

Ordered a few sandwiches for a crew lunch and they gave me one of the sandwiches that was of course mine that was just bit off. I called and spoke to a gentleman around 330 or so and explained the situation and they took care of the issue and made it right almost immediately when I explained what went wrong. Had issues with my gift card be accepted I had for Cousins Subs. I waited for 10-15 minutes for help while my sub got cold. Was finally told the manager was still in the bathroom & no one else could help.

Purple lettuce in the subs bowls were rotten. The roast beef was in large pieces and not cut up. Everything else was good.
