I went to this location because Park Place location closed (which was the location I went to on a regular basis for lunch). The double steak cheese steak that I ordered was the worst I ever had. The meat was extremely dry and overcooked and there were big chunks of grissle in it (picture attached)! I was disgusted. It made me lose my appetite. I threw half of it away. The Park place location would chop up the meat too. This place serves it in whole slices. My search continues for a new cousin’s location. I won’t be back here.

I ordered a steak sandwich and it was so salty it wasn’t even edible. I call to make a complaint and was told we aren’t accepting call in’s right now and I said well I’m calling to make a complaint was at first told we cannot do anything right now and then after I said so we just aren’t going to do anything he then said okay I can get someone for you and the manager instead of talking to me just relayed the message back to him that they will note it!? I could literally hear the whole conversation between them and got the impression that I was inconveniencing them and or annoying them because I just paid for a sub that wasn’t even edible and had the audacity to make a complaint and expect a replacement and or refund.

I stop here once a month to get lunch. Manager was awesome, greeted me as i walked in. He took my order and was very friendly. He interacted well with his employees i could see he is a good leader. So very unexpected Kind and amazing customer service from The staff. Char who as I heard is new was Super Kind with a Big Beautiful smile. She wanted to help and serve the public. Good Job Jennifer the manager for Hiring a Woman like her to rep Cousins. Cousin’s Corporate Hear this ,You Definitely need More Managers Like Jennifer so She can hire More Employees like Char. I Recommend Eating here…Food is Fresh and tasty.

This is my 2nd time getting the wrong sandwich from this location. I ordered a chicken, bacon and cheddar sandwich and this is what they gave me. I don’t even know what this is. They didn’t even offer to bring me a new one. I had to drive back there to get the correct sandwich for the 2nd time. I’m over this location.

Everything is always great on every trip to this place and Cousins in general. They should think about lowering some prices and maybe adding some other lower priced menu items. There is A LOT of competition in the sandwich game. I can’t say anything bad about this location or Cousins in general. Good flavors, fair portions, clean dining areas.
