I have had 2 negative experiences here recently. I did the survey for the 1st, asked for a phone call which never happened. Tonight to make a long story short, manager frazzled with me redeeming points for a 12 piece party box. I planned to order in person and return later when ready to pick up. I felt de-valued as a customer. 1st told that they need at least an hour for those. Okay, I didn’t expect it immediately. Then told not sure if they had enough bread. Really? Then the register froze up and the manager helps the person who came in after me on another register . After ordering, I asked when I should come back and was told that it is their busy dinner hour and at least 1.5 hours. Okay, well I am a customer too for “their” dinner hour. I come to this location a lot, had to spend $500 to earn the 500 points to even redeem this. I won’t rehash the rude cashier from the other day. To boot, the party box was dry. Very poor customer service!

Why advertise online that you have an item if you really don’t? I went online to look at the menu for this location and saw orange dream shakes. I planned to order one, only to get there and be told that the shakes right now are just the mint ones. Talk about bad advertising.

Ordered from Cousins Subs and was really disappointed. The sandwich had itty bitty tomatoes, hardly any meat, and all you could taste was bread. For two sandwiches and two drinks, the total came to an outrageous $24 — definitely not worth it. Would never recommend.

It’s been a while since we have been to Cousins, but we were their tonight. our plan was to get subs for 4 people. Holy crap, I almost fell over when I saw the prices. All 15-inch subs are now between 16 and 20 bucks. Saw one that coasts 28 bucks and change. We are far from being broke and could have just as easily shelled out 80 bucks for these 4 subs, but we just couldn’t. A Veggie sub was 16+ for Pete sake. We deiced to leave and grab food elsewhere.

Excellant customer service today. My associate ordered lunch for everyone in our department (14 people) the lunches were boxed,bagged, tagged and ready to go when we arrived to pick them up. They went over and beyond and we couldn’t appreciate it more. Thanks to the team over at Cousin’s on 17900 W. Bluemound. You’re awesome!

This place was a thumbs down they cashier at the drive thru didn’t throughly take the order down right missing condiments I ask for 2 combos everything was charged separately they really need to work on comprehension skills and it’s ok to ask someone to repeat instead of winging it TRAGIC MY DAUGHTER GOT ONIONS AFTER WE SAID NO ONIONS BECAUSE SHES ALLERGIC THANK GOD FOR AN EPIPEN!!!
