Made a call in, got there and paid for the order. But I waited 30 minutes more to only be told my order wasn’t even ready.
Asked for the manager and the she told me she doesn’t see my order. At this moment I had to show her the receipt. Told her it was very disheartening that I waited so long for a half turkey subs.
She preceded to give me a free sub coupon but the damage was already done.
No longer coming back due to awful service.

We have given this location SO many chances, but after today’s experience I don’t plan on coming back.
I’ve ordered a chicken bacon cheddar sub numerous times, but this is the first I’ve received one where the meat was….pulverized? There wasn’t a single decent “chunk” of chicken in my entire 7″ sandwich. Just clumps of tiny meat pieces. I tried to eat it but had to toss it half-way through. Very unappetizing. My husband got a cheese steak and his wasn’t much better.
The fries and curds are good if you’re able to get them hot, but that’s about all I can recommend from this location.

Nice local sub shop chain. This particular restaurant was clean, & in very good condition. The associates were nice , professional, & courteous. I visit Cousin’s anytime I visit the area, (from SC).

I ordered a tuna sub with a “regular”(actually very small size) fry and cheese curd. It was around 7:00pm but I set the pick up time for 8:00pm. I get there at 8pm and its me walking in, 1 guy walking in behind me, and 1 other guy was sitting waiting for his food. I walked up to the counter and said I was here to pick up my order. My Tuna sub was sitting on the counter already to go. The girl making the subs prompted another girl to put fries and cheese curds in so they would be fresh. I am waiting about 6 mins past and a batch of fries and cheese curds get done but a young guy working the front is taking his time putting the fries and cheese curds in a bag. He finally does so and I am thinking it’s for me…Come to find out the guy walking in behind me orders fries and cheese curds, so they handed him the bag. I had to wait another 5-10 mins between orders he was taking from other folks walking in, to make another batch of fries and cheese curds for me! It’s like common sense should have told the initial girl who dropped the fries and cheese curds in, to fry enough for my order and the guy who walked in behind me, at the same time right?…I guess making sense is not so common for everyone! I didn’t get out of there until almost 8:20pm and in my opinion it should not have taken that long for my fries and cheese curds when I asked for things to be ready by 8pm via the app! I might as well have just walked in and ordered my food! I really hated to leave this review because the food was good!

I love Cousins, but this one stinks. It never takes less than 13-15 minutes to get your food, and it is wrong half the time (including today..put on gobs of Mayo when I wanted none) And today, I walked to the bathroom and noticed how bad the floor was behind where they are making the food. (Photo below) The employees goof around and have no sense of urgency. And I get it.. it’s tough to find people to work… but they need to figure out how to get this Cousins to the level that every other one is… which is excellent

Giving this location one star feels like a stretch. Really bad customer service, to the point we didn’t even get our food because they were so behind and disrespectful. We ordered our food for carry out 25 min before the pickup time, arrived on time and they hadn’t even printed out our order yet. They then let me know it would be 10 min and then when I asked for an update after 10 min, they said it would probably be 10 more min. Instead of apologetic they were defensive and rude. I would not recommend going to the location.
