Friendly neighborhood, down to earth bar. It’s got the Goldilocks effect. Not too much of anything- It’s… just right. Clean, but cozy. Relaxing, but not boring. Not too bright, but not some dark, scary hole in the wall. Affordable, but not ‘cheap’. I wish I lived closer.

Stumbled on this place while they were having a backyard concert and listened to them for a while. Everyone was very friendly and they also had a tortoise living in the yard who loved to get shell pets.

Seems like a really great bar. I’ve only been here once, we stopped after a show at Mr Smalls theater. Many of the people from the concert ended up here, so the music was somewhat of a continuation. Looks like they have a nice outdoor setup for the more pleasant weather. Follow for more…

My 1st time at Cousin’s bar and even though I am not a local I felt welcomed:) The barmaid was very friendly and took our orders quickly. The owner thanked us for coming out to her fundraiser for The Boys & Girls Club, very classy thing to do. I had a nice time as it seemed all of the patrons that were there did too and I will definitely be back!
