I boycott Cousins Burger at Allentown location!
I want to share a terrible experience i had at Cousins Burger spot! Today, on probably one of their busiest day, I placed a big order for the entire family. Little that I knew, they served me expired Nashville chicken sandwiches. The patty was discolored and literally stinking. I hate to say, but my husband took a bite and now I am worried about food poisoning.
When I called the store, a woman picked up the cal. She dodnt even bothered to appologize. When I request to speak with the manager, she hung up my call. I called again and asked fornher name. She did not tell me her name, nor she called the manager on phone.
I will reach out to the safe serve tomorrow. This is beyond unacceptable!

Wow. The food here is so worth it. Stopped in tonight with my son and we got a smashburger, fries , and a milkshake. The burger was incredible. The fries are battered and could have used better seasoning but they were good! The milkshake was delicious. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired, but the mural inside is cool. We are outside and it was nice. The service was friendly and fast. I highly recommend this place! We will be coming back.

Tried this spot today with my boyfriend and we had such a good time. A super nice lady welcomed us right away, asked how she could help, and was really patient while we figured out what to get. After a minute, she took our order and told us to grab a seat—she’d be taking care of us.
The food was so good, and the music playing in the background made the vibe even better. The lady was seriously on top of everything—cleaning, checking in, making sure we had what we needed. You could tell she really cared, and it made the whole experience feel even more special.
Now the food—we got a classic single smashed burger with fries and the beef loaded fries. We LOVED both. Also grabbed a bottled water and a root beer. Everything came out to about $26, which felt totally fair for how tasty and filling it all was.
Honestly, it was such a good experience, and I’d definitely come back!

It was my first time visiting the restaurant, and it won’t be the last. The cheesesteak was excellent! It’s large, definitely two meals for me, and it’s cheesy. The meat was tasty and tender, and the roll was fresh. The gentleman who served me was friendly and polite.

We ate here while staying in town for a concert at Archer Music Hall. It was within walking distance from the venue, which was nice. We ordered cheese steaks, and they were FANTASTIC, and big too. Neither me, nor my husband were able to finish more than half, which meant we had extra to take back to the hotel. The place itself was nothing to look at, but the food was fast, tasty, and reasonably priced. Great place to grab an easy lunch.

This place is awesome. It’s a little pricy, but you 100% get the quality out of the price. This has to be one of the best cheesesteaks in the valley, full stop. They do not skimp on the cheese (cooper sharp), it’s incredibly well seasoned and the roll is delicious. Ari was incredibly nice and treated everyone fantastically. seriously, try this place out, it’s great

I’ve ordered a couple times on DoorDash. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was ok but it was so sloppy I had to eat it with a work and knife. The second time I accidentally ordered the regular one. It was the dryest sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. What kind of burger placed doesn’t have TOMATOES OR CONDIMENTS?!?!?! I couldn’t even get any mayo with it! I had to take it home and load it up with mayo and it was still dry. That defeats the purpose if I’m ordering food at work for lunch and I have to wait 6 hours to take it home to eat it.
