I can’t believe the disrespect and the audacity to beat on my door when I asked them not to knock. The manager Patrick basically makes up excuses for his employees. I specifically asked them not to knock bc of my child and they knocked any ways. Woke my child up. And then said he knocked because he didn’t get a tip when he actually got a tip!!!!!! And I tipped extra unaware that my husband had already tipped on his credit card. It’s a joke. I ordered TWO separate orders in one night by mistake tipped three times and they knocked BOTH times when after the first time I called only to politely ask them not to knock again and got hung up on… wow. What kind of trashy employees are they hiring? (Even manager Patrick said it was a low level employee who hung up on me and was completely rude and hung up on me again because they were “so so busy”. I will never use them again.

I called at 2:30am and the guy that answered told me they were closed. He said that they close at 2:30am, but the website says 3am! This is not the first time that I have called to order food at this time and they told me the same thing. If the west Carrollton location does close at 2:30am then someone needs to change the time on the site and google. To me this is very unprofessional!

While staying in miamisburg ohio me and my fiance wanted to try a new pizza place, randomly chose cousin Vinnys pizza.. it did not disappoint .. we ordered the “cream and crimson” the pizza was absolutely delicious as well as the cheese bread, I don’t know what cheeses they use but hands down its in my top 5 of favorite pizzas!

The pizza and the staff on 8/29 around 5pm were phenomenal! We were having a get together and everyone wanted my wife’s homemade ranch and “trash” pizza. This pizza was the best cousin Vinny’s we’ve had, it was better than the premier pizza in the area. I would return weekly if it was always like this. The staff were also so nice and welcoming when normally it’s not that way and the food is subpar. Kudos to last nights staff you’re the A team.
