We ordered a specific order and they got it wrong and when we called to bring it to there attention We were met with denial and hang up calls. Total absolute disrespect. Dont order from these new owners. These new employees have no accountability like the previous owner would have held them. They make your order and insist you take it how its delivered. We spent over $80 on the order including the tip. We wont be back. Your employees have a false sense of security for some odd reason but do you. Faafo. Btw they said they would redeliver our right order an hour ago and they said it would only take 6 minutes. Its been over an hour and were going to bed for work. Weve tried to call numerous times but they get defensive and say its on its way but its a no show. They can keep it. Weve learned our lesson. God bless. Also we still have the tator tots your employees swore he put philly steak in. They havent been touched but he said we were lying. You can have them and will make sure you get them. At this point we dont want any credit or replacement. I dont need to argue over a tator tots with philly steak. Your in the wrong. Its missing the steak. Especially when I spend $60 plus including a $20 plus tip. We obviously had a positive attitude when it was delivered. Think about that but negative employees will never except responsibilty and that refelects on the company experience instead of just excepting the responsibilty when we are able to show you the proof by giving that particular order back without the philly steak. Honestly the food is better than the customer service!!! I canceled an order and tried to get my money or my food and was told no and accused of being a liar even tho I had all the confirmation emails that he refused to look at!!! So I guess it’s a hard lesson learned and I’m out $30!! Hopefully no one else has to deal with this… it’s sad cause my family actually loves their food… but great food or not, customer service is EVERYTHING and with that, they failed!

I order from this place maybe once every month or so. Always quick service, regardless of the time I order. Often gives a 50-minute delivery window, but almost always actually delivers prior to then.

i have a custom pizza i order semi often; but never ordered a salad till today, and its huge! Its the size of like 3-4 side salads at a average restaurant. My food was delivered a half hour early even on a Friday evening . My driver was a really cool chick, food on point! highly recommended!

Least favorite pizza place in Dayton. Food was dry even though it was fresh out the oven. Also overpriced for what you get. There are several Cousin Vinny’s Pizzas around the area and I thought I would finally give it a shot after living here for 2 years. I tried it last night but was not impressed. I prefer dominos over this place. The only thing I would try from here in the future is the half priced wings on Sundays. The only ordering system also was off on the estimated pick up time so I ended up waiting 20 minutes at the location for them to finish it.
