I hate to leave a bad review but I feel they deserve it. I had the pizza delivered $8.30 for delivery plus that didn’t include the tip. I get it it was 6 miles not worried about it. The pizza was probably an hour instead of the 45 minute time that I was quoted. I get it it’s Sunday they must be super busy. I mean I placed the order at 8:00 so yeah really busy Sunday night right?
So the pizza looked like a good pizza It had decent amount of toppings more on the right half than the left pizza sauce must be a shortage because I couldn’t taste any could really see it either. There was a red substance under the cheese but very very thin. For the price there’s no way I would ever waste my money on that. It was kind of like a pizza from Chuck e cheese. Or something you might find at a truck stop. I kind of just felt like I was so hungry I had to eat it. However I just ate enough to curve my starvation. I would recommend cousin Vinny’s Pizza maybe for like a kid’s birthday party because the prices seem fair if you’re going to get a special. But as far as two adults that want to enjoy something that cost a little bit extra to get something a little extra special definitely not cousin Vinny’s Pizza I’ve tried a lot of different pizzas so I thought I’d give this a chance. Never again! Sorry Cousin Vinny’s Pizza, no good. So we also ordered extra blue cheese dressing make sure you put the lid on it all the way next time!

My husband placed a delivery order this evening and was told delivery would be in 45 minutes to an hour. A little over an hour later, we received a call apologizing that the order was late and informing us that it would be here in 3 to 4 minutes. Half an hour later we stood in our driveway still waiting. When it was finally delivered, our food was cold. Imagine that. I called in to speak to the manager about the situation and he proceeded to call me and my husband liars over and over again. He claimed to be the general manager, so I asked for owner or corporate contact information and he told me he could not give me personal information and hung up on me. We work hard for our money and I don’t think anyone should have to be treated so horribly while spending it. I think from now on I will make sure we spend where it’s appreciated.

Used to order from Cousin Vinnies weekly, but too many times has my thin crust pizza come to me completely inedible because it’s nearly burnt to a crisp and cold. So I stopped ordering thin crust and just get the regular, after probably 3/4 months of not ordering thin crust I try once more to order it and guess what 🙂 cold and inedible.. You’ve lost a customer because someone cannot cook on nights.

I love vinnys but this place has gone down hill since we started ordering and this is the last time we order, ever.. Our pizza and cheese bread were barely cut, the tots portion size for $6.99 is a rip off, our sauce was missing as well. I also ordered buffalo chicken tots and they gave me chicken bacon and ranch. Im not even bothering contacting them, as nothings been done before when we have. Our orders always have something missing or something incorrect. I spent over 60 dollars for something that was barely worth 30 at best.

I ordered a pizza from here while working a double shift..door dash was supposed to deliver it and didn’t i contracted both cousin Vinny and door dash and the restaurant told me doordash has to rectify the issue before they can remake my pizza. We’ll they didn’t and I am out of 27.00+ with no money to order food from elsewhere and two companies refusing to make it right for me can you say pissed off..but that’s okay because I am not going to stop here even if I have to have the police track down the doordash driver Carly and see what she did with my pizza!!

Called and ordered a pizza was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour which I’m ok with but 90 minutes later and I call and they said the driver has been on route for 27 minutes I live 10 minutes from the restaurant food has always been good and good with timing but tonight was a horrible experience as I type this I’m still waiting on the pizza driver will receive no tip had they been here in a timely manner would of tipped good but not after waiting so long for my food and drinks which will probably be cold and flat unprofessional update got pizza driver was outside smoking blaring their music loudly and pizza not cut I waited over an hour for this what in the world kind of service is this
