First off, there was a big dance event happening at the hotel. Because of this, they were only offering a limited menu which was different than what was online. We over heard the chef telling another table that he had to cut the regular menu. We had a reservation, but the hostess never checked to confirm that and helped hotel guests before us. We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. We ordered the whiskey flight and it took 20 minutes for that to arrive. We saw our drinks sitting on the bar rail for about 5 of those minutes, touched by managers but never delivered. We ordered the steak and salmon. My steak came with gravy all over it. We saw several other takes order the steak and their gravy was in the potatoes. The steak was not a $50 steak. It had the texture of a block of pressed meat. No one checked on us after the meal was served to see if everything was OK. We asked to see a dessert meme and it was 20 minutes after that was given to us before the server asked if we wanted anything. There were open tables and the restaurant didn’t have many tables to start with, so it was unclear why the server was taking so long. I would look elsewhere before booking here.

This restaurant is inside of the Hyatt hotel where we are currently staying. We have tried a variety of menu items and everything has been delicious! The French fries, pretzel nuggets with beer cheese, Brussel sprouts, all so, so good. I’m sure we will be ordering from here again before our stay is up. Eat in or carry out.

Lovely little hotel restaurant with delightfully delicious food. The double cut pork chop was tender and cooked to perfection. The lamb duet was yummy. Our starter was a very unique general tsos cauliflower, which was mouth-watering. The wedge salad was perfect for two. Definitely a recommend.

They accommodated gluten free, dairy free, poultry free, salt free, and hot food. Chef Chris even made a menu for my stay, which brought me tears, because I usually suffer greatly during a conference that gives all of the things I can’t eat (e.g., bread, yogurt, cream cheese, fruit, salad/wraps). Chef Drew and David also made the yummy meals. The chefs also brought food to the table and checked on me, which made me feel like a very special guest. Chef Chris even baked small GF and DF cakes for us, helping me celebrate my birthday.

Jennifer and Andrew the managers charged the amount that my university pays for, with these accommodating meals.

Servers were very attentive and meticulous. They even remembered hot water with lemon once I said it.

The place was nice as well, with outlets that I could plug my laptop to work while eating.

They also open early (6:15am), which helped me prepare for the days.

Thanks to them, I survived during a conference, which usually pains me. I will never stop raving about them. I wish all restaurants in the U.S. were as accommodating as they are.

I recently had the pleasure of dining multiple times at Courier Kitchen Bar & Marketplace in Denver, and I can’t recommend it enough. Nestled in the Hyatt Hotel off Welton, this spot is truly superb. Each dish I tried was a testament to the chef’s skill: from tender, juicy bison to perfectly cooked salmon, and even a simple burger that was packed with flavor. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally kind and professional, making each visit a delight. If you’re ever in Denver, Courier is definitely worth a visit.

I’ve never had hotel restaurant food this good. They have a new chef whose doing subs great things. Really worth trying even if you’re not staying at the hotel. I highly recommend the salmon with blue grits. Superb.

Downstairs from our room and it didn’t disappoint. We ended up here a few times during our stay. Great food, great service and a nice atmosphere. I had the Elk and the hubs and kiddo got the burger. Everything was delicious.

I stayed in Grand Hyatt where this restaurant is located. I decided to give them a try. Location is obviously convenient for guests. The service was so so – the male servant who served us was a bit ‘spaced out.’ No eye contact . Then he went awol. Food was good not spectacular. I ordered an expensive item and it did live up to the name or the price. Was it OK? Yes. Will I go back? No unless I have no other choice and I’m starving.

First, the service was crazy slow. It took almost 20 minutes to get our first drink. The food was spectacularly dull. I ordered the NY strip, asked it to be cooked rare. They served it almost shy of well done. The overall vibe of the place felt run down. The paper menus were stained with sauce. Overall it was a very sub par experience at a higher price.

Nice option to get food in the Hyatt hotel. My family was in the hotel at 9pm and we didn’t want to go out for a restaurant, so we came on down to Courier. It was so amazing that instead of getting premade food, the chef was able to prepare fresh dishes for us. Lots of great options, and everything is labeled appropriately for people with dietary needs. We got wings, brussel sprouts, and the maple salmon, which were all phenomenal. Salmon gets a special shout-out; it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and buttery melt-in-your-mouth.
