We stopped in at 1:25pm and they close at 2pm so we were leaving and they flagged us down and told us to ” come on in ” we were very grateful to their hospitality and home cooked vittles. Fast and extremely friendly staff, family owned not a corporate restaurant. Exceptionally great food and reasonably priced ….you gotta try their home made ” cathead” biscuits !!! They’re huge!! All the food is homemade and not salty like most places !! Real local farmed beef used at this place so the burgers are awesome and they top their burgers with whatever fixin’s you want plus they add coleslaw on top of burger patty ( absolutely delicious combo) and they have a delicious variety of homemade desserts too. I love this place !!

Delightful home cooking when away from home! Very generous portions at crazy reasonable prices. Chicken and pork chops were tops, and seriously, those biscuits. Tim and his crew are perfectly charming hosts. Just sorry the County Line Cafe is so far from California!

I have went to this restaurant before the new owners, and it was good! I have only got breakfast here 1 time since the new owners. It was ok so today I gave them a shot for lunch. The guy taking my order at the drive thru should have wrote it down. But whatever! I wanted stake and gravy squash casserole Potato salad. He came back with thy don’t have squash casserole and said they had corn. So I said fine. I get my plate and it was the worst corn casserole Burnt!! I HAVE EVER TASTED!! No wonder they are not busy like years Prior to the previous owners!! I will never be back!!

We loved the cafe.. went there yesterday ordered a hamburger that tasted like meatloaf on a bun. The meat was so soft it had the texture of being boiled. Terrible. The tea was really good.

I went here for the first time today (June 14, 2023) and took my mother and brother who were visiting from California. My brother is physically and mentally handicapped, and the owner (Tim) made him feel very welcome and like he’d made a new friend.
The food had a gool ol’ home cooked meal feel. I had the biscuits and gravy as well as a chicken salad sandwhich, which all tasted great. My mother and brother enjoyed their meals as well, and the three of us got out under $35 (food, drinks, and desserts).
The staff is all as friendly as the owner, and I’ll likely be making the hour trip from Atlanta to stop by again.

Now also open on Sundays!!! Was great home cooked food with a buffet and cook to order menu!!! We did the buffet today and it was very good and I’m a picky eater!!! Great breakfast or lunch!!! Relaxing atmosphere!!! Great first time experience for us!!!

Ma stops in every week and gets us biscuits and the last two times she ordered me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. There’s no egg on the biscuit two weeks in a row. Biscuits were burnt. Here’s some photos of my magical self adding over medium eggs to it. SMH. Biscuits are usually awesomeness but not in the past 4wks

This is a great place to grab a hot home cooked meal. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is delicious. If you’re in Clermont or passing thru, stop and get some home cooking and in a laid back atmosphere! We go here every weekend!
