This is the best bagel shop in the West Suburbs without a question. Second time visiting here and the bagel quality is top notch. Warm, chewy, soft, exactly what you hope for in a bagel. The team behind the counter is surprisingly cheerful and makes for a great overall experience. I was a bit dissatisfied today with one of my bagels, there was no question that it was old. However, stick to the classics and you’ll love this place.

I stopped here on my way to work to try out this random bagel place in a strip mall. OR SO I THOUGHT!!! Turns out this is the best bagel place I’ve ever set foot inside. The smells make me so hungry when I walk in the door. The different varieties of bagels and cream cheeses are just… wow… I don’t know how they come up with so many ideas. I got the breakfast bagel sandwich. The bagel after being toasted was so light, airy, and delicious! I was concerned about navigating it with my braces, but I had no problems at all. Will definitely be coming back in the future

We walked in at 1:15, 45 minutes before the posted closing time, and the staff did not acknowledge us and instead continued stacking the chairs and taking bagels out of the display. If you close earlier than 2pm you should post a different time. Terrible customer service!
