My first time here! 2 night stay while our RV is being repaired in Binghamton. I asked MANY people about the buffet, even employees around the casino. Nobody said it was great! Actually everyone said the older crowd likes it! I must be older. It was great both times I was there. Turkey dinner lunch to AUCE Snow Crab Legs on Thursday night from 4:00-8:00pm. Excellent! Had to let others know to try it.
Regina was our server for crab night! She is so sweet and helpful, friendly and quick to serve! She gets her own 5 stars from us! She made our dining experience awesome!
Thank you, Regina! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went on a Monday afternoon about 1:30. Turkey and Ham was very dried out like the Sahara. Baked chicken was good as well as mashed potatoes and dressing. The server for beverages didn’t speak to us and never asked if wanted refills. The woman who sat us at the table didn’t speak. They were not busy. They have to have very bad management or this is not a good place to work. They do not understand customer service at all. Also expect a tip for very doing very little. If management looks at these reviews you can do better!

The 24.99 weekend night additional options are steak, prime rib, shrimp, oyster, muscles, etc. Not enough to account for double the cost for dinner from other days. And we specifically waited for the fresh cooked steaks otherwise it was cold. The cheaper days they replace steak with chicken, and replace shrimp with bread rolls. Maybe once in a blue moon we might go there as a family again, but I really hate when places charge 10 bucks for a 5 year old that decides they don’t want to eat. So we will end up going somewhere else usually. If they had a deal for their steak night of free kid with adult, or 10 for adults instead of 25, I might specifically go there.
They use to have fresh strawberries, a strawberry sauce, fresh mandarin orange slices for ice cream. This was back when the buffet was only 5.99. Now all this is gone. The last time I went they didn’t even have whipped cream for the ice cream. Their entire dessert options have dwindled. The cakes look and taste old from a couple days ago.
The food selection items have dwindled. There is less to choose from by about half since their change after the pandemic. The way they heat it is the heating top where they use to have hot water below which makes the food warm instead of hot.
The waitresses never come back to give a second refill on drinks. Plates stack up on tables.
It’s a shame because it was once high end, a place I would want to go for a high quality buffet when I feel the need to pay for it. There is nothing delicious about cold steaks or rubbery warm steaks.
It now feels like a run down buffet, but the cost is insane for the low quality. And this is not a hit or miss, I have been there numerous times since the pandemic. It’s always the same.
If this was a buffet that wasn’t attached to the casino, it would be out of business. It’s shame because pre-covid it was so great.
Edit: I came back 6 months later on a saturday during a race, and actually the food was a lot better. The meat was fresh and hot, and the salad was crisp and fresh, etc. Every dish was replaced often and fresh. They did add fruit salad which was fresh and replaced twice while we were there. The desserts were fresh and not old like last time. Apparently they are pretty decent when there is a line before the cash register. This was night and day from all the other times after covid. I felt today that i got the quality out of 25 each person. If they keep at this rate, I would be happy to return often. But only time will tell if this is flip flop or if they changed.
Edit2. A couple years later. I don’t go back. I don’t gamble either. I only went to the casino for this buffet with the family. Every time I want a buffet the thought of rubbery steaks on numerous occasions runs through my mind and I just go somewhere else. I just don’t want to take the drive there and cost to just guess on what the quality is for that day. I would rather go somewhere where I know for a fact the quality is.

If you go when it’s busy then the food is hot and fresh and a different experience. We went on a Monday night at 6 and it looked like the food was sitting since lunch. Food only has a 2 to 4 hr window and some of it was truly inedible. The ranch container at the salad bar looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year, there is a yellow ring on the inside.. Whoever is the kitchen manager should be batch cooking the food and then when it looks like crap, ditch it and cook just a little more again. The desserts looked like they were 3 days old and scary. There are also a ton of just empty spots on the buffet. Why? You people need to get it together, you could make people sick, and you should be ashamed to charge people money to eat old food.

Came in at 6:10 pm on Wednesday February. 18th and there was hardly any food left. I come here often and was very disappointed on your selection of food which was little to nothing . Need to plan better to make customers happy

Went around 430pm on Saturday without a long wait. The dinner food was delicious, however their was little to chose from in the dessert section. It was pricey for what you get to chose from. I liked the view of the racetrack.

I stopped there on my way back to vestal from elmira. The food was good but my mom is a former old country buffet employee and was kinda shocked that I said old country buffet was so much better and with more of selection of food.

Thursday night crab leg buffet has a long line and has not moved n the last 45 minutes because VIP PERSONS ARE 15-30 at a time and can cut in. Not worth $24.95 and any price . Never come unless you expect to wait over 1.5 hours as buffet closes at 8 pm. Arrve at 5 and you may get in at 7:45 before closed

Everything picked over and the way the food looked it looked like vultures were on a kill and were leftovers to pick at. Not the best for the money.
I usually go back for a little more but passed on that option. Flies abundant also.
