My wife & I have been dining at Countryside Restaurant for two years whenever we’d like food served in the Eastern Orient.
Hostess/Owner/Chef Mandy never serves any undesirable cuisine, strictly professional within Christine Cushing definitions on Confuscius was a Foodie!
While we’re frequently satisfied by the Full Course Dinners offered, I chose Beef Lo Mein Noodles with Beef and Vegetables along with a large serving of their Hot & Sour Soup.

We came back and they exceeded our expectations! The owners are very responsive to feedback.
We ordered a few dishes (pictured below) and they came out hot, fresh, and quickly! The chicken has such a nice crisp coating and the sauce was very fresh tasting. We’ll definitely come back! The Chinese style shrimp and veg was delicious! Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped in for lunch yesterday and the food was amazing, had the sweet and sour chicken lunch special with noodles. It was very reasonable price for freshly cooked great tasting food. I liked it so much I came back today for the general Tao’s chicken lunch special and again the food was fresh and delicious.

Ordered a dinner for 2 plus a side dish last night for our Christmas dinner and even though it was a bit of a long wait (2+hours) the food was absolutely amazing!! The portions are large and the quality or ingredients etc are 100% worth the wait and drive!! Thank you!! This will now be our go-to Chinese restaurant!

Best place in Chatham to have Chinese food. The chicken fried rice is really yummy. The mozzarella stick and the chicken ball are also sooo yummy!! The price is affordable too. Must try place if you’re in Chatham.

Really impressed! Our new favorite takeout restaurant in Chatham! Large meal (Dinner C1) for a very reasonable price. They had it ready in 15 minutes after I called in. Fresh crisp bean sprouts, tasty chicken balls and savory wonton soup. We will be back many more times and I will recommend this place to my family & friends. I was also blessed to see the miniature Bibles they were giving away at the front counter.
