Ordered the Chicken and waffles with sides . This is how the chicken came. Now call me crazy, but this looks like the saddest fried chicken I have ever seen. Not sure how this place has the rating it has. Also, the order came wrong.

While dinning at County waffles I enjoyed most of the food, though the fried chicken in my chicken and waffles was dry. Everything else was flavorful, and the service was stellar—attentive and warm, possibly due to the quiet vibe. The retro atmosphere was clean and charming, but prices felt a tad high, in line with trends. A solid spot, just skip the chicken!

I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF by the way they have set up their payment machine! IF YOU ARE SPLITTING THE BILL, have them print out each payment separately with each receipt copy, so it shows the CORRECT AMOUNT of the percentage for the tip!! Their machine is set up to show 20% of the TOTAL BILL on each person’s payment instead of THE CORRECT 20% of what I am being charged! Very disappointing!!! Yes, I should have had them refund the whole transaction and do it correctly but I was shocked they did that! Well, it would have been even nicer for the owner to offer that! And yes, you can pick other amount for the tip, but I just did not expect them TO PURPOSELY TRY TO RIP ME OFF!! WOW! Now I know!

It’s alright. Don’t get me wrong, but food is not as fresh as I like it, and the interior looks dated. Our server was attentive and very nice. Would I come back again here? Yes. It’s affordable and again, it’s good. But not great.

Delicious food at affordable prices. The staff are very friendly and efficient and they get you seated quickly and the food out fast. One of our favorite breakfast spots. I totally recommend adding bacon and cheddar to the breakfast potatoes. Yum!
